Going for a walk today! It's beautiful out, in the 60's, and I cannot pass that up.

I'm stiiiiiillll running.

I had a bit of a set back Fri/Sat with the diet - but I'm back on track.  Just have to watch what I eat tonight and thursday lunch as I have client functions at restaurants.  yikes.

I swear my body is changing from the running.... just not on the scale yet. Yes I did step on it.  And I was still the same range 158.5-161ish.  I really want to lose this last little bit. 

I'd be happy happy girl if I could just get and maintain at 150

How are you doing? Fell off the wagon over the last week but am determined to get back on it. No weight loss yet, but am getting back into eating well and going down the gym.

Hi all!!  I am not doing too well.  I have gotten off of my eating schedule and it has screwed me all up!  I gained like 4 pounds!!!  I realize alot of it is sodium related but I am disgusted!  At this point CC is saying I won't hit my goal till Sept. 20!  I really wanted to get there sometime in the summer so I can get my tattoo/reward :(  My calf has been really hurting me for some reason.  I went to the doctor and had some tests done to make sure it's not a blood clot or something.  Now that I know it's not, I need to seriously get up and get moving!  If nothing else, because that scared the crap out of me and I want to make sure that my circulation stays good.  Maybe if I manage to do this, the weight will come off/ stay off better. 

Lady Eliz - sounds like you haven't been having a great time lately! But stay positive - its only four pounds- bet you can drop that in no time - you've been doing really well.

I have been doing really badly with food too - total carb overload and not enuf excericse. Have decided am going to get back to my not drinking policy - at least not in the week - all those hidden calories - opps :-)

I had the weekend from hell on the diet front.  I probably ate 4,000cal/day. Whoopsie lol.

I am off on a pleasure and business trip travelling across Canada for the next 3 weeks.  Its going to be HARD to stay on track but glad that there is a treadmill everywhere I go.  Fingers crossed I can be disciplined enough to get on it.

How is everyone's week going?  Mine isn't too too bad.  I went off the diet a little yest, but the scale isn't reflecting yet.  I hope everyone else is having a good week!  It is soooooo quiet on here lately, where did everyone go????

Hey ladies!  How are you doin????  I'm not too bad I s'pose.  168 this week.  Geez I want to get in the 50's sooooo bad!  Of course it would help alot if I actually exercised!  That is my biggest failing.   I was down to 165.5 a few weeks ago, but I guess it was a fluke Frown  I really want to get down in the 50's for the summer.  I have several weddings to go to and want to look cute!!  Hope everyone is doin ok!

I'm in Vancouver this week - then onto Toronto and NY next week.  I am eating and drinking my way back up to the 70's.  Its gross.

Ok - so thats a bit over the top - I'm still low 60's - but gawd whats my problem?  Its all the food I don't get to have in the UK so I'm enjoying it waaaay too much.  ggrr

Have been really good with my food for the past week and gyming and walking lots - but went for weigh in at my gym yesterday and i'd put on a pound! So unfair. When is it going to start going the other way??!!

Where is everyone?  We used to have such an active group!  I am down to 166.5!  That makes me soooo happy!  I had gone back up a bit and was getting really bummed!

Hey guys - I'm back on UK soil!

Well after 3 weeks of travelling and eating and drinking WHATEVER I wanted - and I seriously ate and drank everything in site..... I shockinly only put on 2.4lbs!

I have NO CLUE whats up with that - but i'll take it.

Time to get back on the plan.

It's been quite the uphill battle (weightwise, sadly), and after having been gone for so long at 158, I am now at 175, and hoping to not have to qualify for this group anytime soon.


But I haven't been here in a good six months or more, and I wanted to pop my head in, and maybe rejoin this group (for moral support, not so I can reach the 180's again).

Welcome back Leo!  I haven't been in the 80's for awhile but I like the support of the group.  Although it is very quiet lately.  Mostly just me, Newlook and Canuk!

Well I found out that working the late shift (noon-9pm) and having nobody around to tell me what NOT to eat... I've crept back up to 165.

Gotta get this under control.

 

 

I am going to have to go on here like everyday- I seem unable to control my weight otherwise, I swear!

At Health Class the other day, we all calculated how many calories we should be eating and I got- get ready for this- over 2,700. I really must not be growing anymore because I start gaining weight if I'm eating 1800+ (with no exercise).

Let's all get ourselves on track, I guess! Laughing Happy Friday!
