Hi guys. Seems like I'm a long time member of this club. Everytime I get below 150, it's like I get comfortable and fall off the bandwagon. So I'm starting this post so hopefully by the end of the summer we can all be members of the 140 club! Good Luck all.

it will be cool when i go to the doctor (she has the old scales with
weights) and they dont have to use that 50# weight yes! 
Count me in!  I just jumped to the 157-159 range this month, and my goal for September is to break the 150 barrier.  Final goal weight is 145-149, depending on how I'm feeling when I break that 150!
I qualify - but knock on wood not for long!  I'm at 150.4 right now, hoping maybe sometime in the next week to make the leap into the 140s.  Can't remember how many years it's been for that, but I'll say at least 6.  :)

I will say I'm losing much more slowly now that I'm getting into these lower weights.  (Lower for me, anyway - I know some people started out here or lower...)  Oddly enough I've lost 5.6 exactly each of the past 3 months.  So, I've been in the 150s for a while.

I just got to 158-9 a couple of days ago. I was so excited b/c my goal is to be 150 by September 11 (first day of school). When your 'have to loose' weight is in the single digits its an amzing feeling. Now i feel like I can actually do it.

Im at 153. Im trying to get down to 130. Im 5'6" any fitness and diet buddies give me a messsage!
I just weighed myself this morning and I'm 151 (I'm 5'3" by the way). I started this club and hopefully I'll be the first member to leave it too. lol. I'm going to Disney next week so it'll probably be hard the eat good, but I will be doing a lot of walking, so hopefully that will compensate.

Count me in!  I started this site at 162, and I kept bouncing back and forth from 160-162.  I finally broke the 160s and am 159.  Or at least I was last week when I weighed in.  It TTOTM, so I haven't been on the scale.  The extra water weight will get me discouraged, so I've chosen not to look yet!  My goal is 135.  C-C says I have until October to get there, but I'm on my way!

I made it into this club by a nose, my weight this morning was 159.9, down from 177! Whoopee!

Of course I'll probably get booted out when my weight spikes up a pound or two tomorrow, as it does every few days! But I'll be back...

    Thanks to some mystery weight-gain in the last 3 days (I have *no idea* where it came from and it's really depressing me) I am at 154 again. Hopefully not for too long though!


At 157 as of this morning (I'm 5'9).... down from about 165 in May!
i wanna join too. 153... my first mini goal is 149!!!!
This is my first time really seriously watching what i am eating. I have been hovering between 155 and 165 for a few years now, especially since I have started working a desk job. My goal is to get to 140 in the next few months. No goal for "skinny" just for healthy. Wish me luck!
Yay! 159.8 this morning! I won't be there by the time I get my jeans on, but I'll be back. In a couple of more pounds (these jeans are heavy) maybe I can stay with the jeans on! :-)
