Would anyone like to join a 180's club? I've been stuck in the 80's for quite some time now and would enjoy some company... if anyone's interested.

Grrrrrrrrr...the scale hasn't budged at all in 3 days.  Not even 0.1
Morrow, at least it isn't going up! The scale maintaining is pretty positive. Give it some time.

Munsey- my goal is around 160 as well. Congrats on the drop this week! I'm crossing my fingers for Wednesday.

I think I need a new battery.  I've stepped on it a few times today and it's given me all kinds of readings within a 5 pound range (give or take) of what it was this morning.  I can even step on it twice in a row and get two readings 2-3 pounds apart.  I think it must have been stuck the past few days and now it's just losing it. 
Hmmm....scale obsession. I know it well. Take it to the roof and throw it off if it's not going to play fair.
Funny story for everyone.... So I went to weigh myself Saturday evening, (I have an obsession with weighing myself) that morning I weighed 180.4 <---so close to getting out of this group, but not quite there yet.  I got on the scale and weighed 122.8, whoa, something wasn't right, a loss of 60 pounds in 8 hours, Go me, lol. 

So I got back on 149.6, wow again, I'll take it, although that would mean I gained just about 30 pounds in a minute.  Then I was bummed out because that would mean something is completely wrong with my scale. Ugh how depressing, well I picked it up and go figure there was a toy underneath it.   hahahahahaha!  Then all the sudden I was back up to the 180's club again.  But it was nice seeing the scale that low. 

Of course we had a picnic on Sunday, so my weight is back up to 181, but hopefully by the end of the week, I will be in the 170's club!  That's my goal!  Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!!

can i join the 180s,  is anyone else addicted to low fat whip cream with low cal blueberry yogurt and strawberries, heaven on earth haha

I know I'll still be in the 180's but would love to be lower soon.

I don't see how anybody can eat cool whip.  The smell of it gives me an instant headache. 
Munsey- Hah! Thank you. I'm only 5'7" but I guess I carry my weight well. I have thick legs! I have weigh-in tomorrow but I'm not so sure it'll be a break in the plateau. I have been walking a lot lately so it gives me some hope.
haha really, i dont know if its cool whip, its the one that comes in a can, its only 200 cal the whole can, thing last me like two weeks though, makes yogurt and strawberries divine lol
nyxeroz- I love that stuff. I put it in coffee,on sherbet, and ooohhh yeaaahhh on strawberries. It's like cheating. Hell, I could suck down the whole can.
really coffee, I must try that tomorrow morning, and it's only *40 cals on second glance, I went to my grandmas and reck my momentum, I gained 5 hard earned pounds in one day, back at 182!, gotta focus on the prize, 155
I'm not really sure what my weight is today. I stepped on the scale 187.5, then I stepped again 186, again, 186, again 186. So, I guess I'm 186  but apparently I lost 1.5 lbs in a matter of seconds?
181.2 Down 1 pound. But it took all week. lilborykuamami, I like your speed better. That's ok. A loss is better than a gain. I'll take it. Good luck everyone.
Well everyone, I must admit that I really enjoyed my time here, but WAHOO.... I am off to join the 170's group.  For 2 days in a row now, I have weighed in at 177.6.... See you all soon in the 170's group!
hi everyone, i'd like to join this club!  i'm at 188.2 this morning, and that's down a bit for me.  i really enjoy the community aspect of CC and hope that you folks will help keep me accountable!  i've just recently gotten over (another) migraine, so my exercise level hasn't been really up there, but i've been maintaining at or slightly below my 1570 calorie intake.  i realize i have to do this slowly.  (i have to make a conscious effort of eating the full number on some days and then watch myself to not over do the calories on other days.)  but, at least i've learned that i shouldn't go under 1200 - i think that's what has contributed to my slow weight gain over the years.  i just wish i was more patient!  it seems like reaching my goal will take FOREVER!

Hi Holly and welcome, sounds like you have all the right tools already. I know the worst thing about any weight loss plan, is patience. I keep reminding myself that slower is better, but damn it's hard some days.
