Would anyone like to join a 180's club? I've been stuck in the 80's for quite some time now and would enjoy some company... if anyone's interested.

I would like to join. I have been stuck at 180 for the longest! I dont go  down but I guess the best thing is that I dont go UP. I just maintain! well at least I know that if I can maintain a 180 for a little over 3 weeks then a 150 will be no problem! Good luck everyone!
Yay.. I'm back into the 180's again. Hehe. I'm 187.5 as of this morning. I'm trying to do good this week eating and exercising and hopefully will find a muzzle or some duct tape to put over my mouth for this weekend. Would be nice, wouldn't it!?
Hi everybody, and welcome new comers!

This morning's weight = 189.4.  It's dropping very slowly!  My CAT scan this morning went well.  It looks like the infection that caused the scarring in my lungs is under control.  The best news I can hope for is that it's no worse, and that's the news I got.  The specialist is very pleased and wanted to know what diet I'm on.  I told her about caloriecount.  Love this place.  The trip into the city was brutal hot though.  I was exhausted when I came home and slept for 2 hours this afternoon.

I'm almost out of this club! I woke up this morning and IM down to 182 ..wohoooo. It took so long I was on some ridiculous plataeu that feel like i was running up the down escalator. okay so next week I need to get into that 170's .. Everyone keeps telling me how great I look. At first I was so embarrased of this , now I just say thanks and use it for motivation.
I'm not doing so well, I'm treating myself rather poorly at the moment and I need to stop that. I've also bounced up out of the 180's into the 190's today, but I'm sure it's water weight and I will rejoin the 180's tomorrow and try to haul my derailed life back on track.

I'm doing pretty good. I'm back down to 186.2. Also going somewhat slow, but better than gaining.. so I'm happy with that. Trying to work up some will power so I can stay strong for the weekend... I'm dreading it already...
Hi everyone...i just weighed my self and I am at 179.5, does that mean I have to leave the club?  I am excited about the weight  loss, but i like our group.  Everyone stay strong so you can join me in the 170's club!
Can I join your group? I was at 179 and then I messed everything up and gained 10lbs. Now I am back and refocused.
ugh.. my body is tired today. I pounded away on the tredmill and elliptical for an hour total then did 100 crunches.. ugh.. tired body. I just ordered some salmon for lunch and desperatly want to keep my cals down to 1200-1300 hundred so I can get into the 170's!! I've never wanted to leave a club so bad.. lol. Supersized relax , talk about falling off the wagon, July 3rd I went out and mustve sucked down 8 or 9 jack and cokes and then the next morning proceeded to eat 2 breakfasts because I couldnt figure out which one I wanted more, the egg & cheese omlette or the bagel with lox and cream cheese.. oh yeah and I spent the rest of the day hungover and chowing down.. Sometimes I feel like my willpower is with me and I take advantage, then sometimes its just off to vacation in freagin iceland! A little peice of me is upset cause I only lost 5 pounds last month, but then this huge part is happy cause hey I lost 5 pounds.. woohoo
I'd like to join. I was down to 177. I got pregnant in April but am in the process of m/c. I gained 9 lbs and reached 186. I have lost a lb probably in water since I have watched more closely in the past few days what I am eating.

I began to log my food again last month because I felt I was gaining weight too quickly. I maintained 186 for a month eating 2100 calories. Sunday I dropped my caloric intake back to 1300 and by Tuesday I had lost a pound.

Anyways... I need to get back on track. Mind if I join?

HEY aquade. No I'm feeling a bit crampy today. I guess I am going to start after flo leaves. Whats your goal for exercise today?
I'm not sure yet. At least a walk or maybe a dvd. Sounds like a good plan for starting the excercise. What about a short walk or some stretches?
HEY how much are you all doing on the tredmill? I did 3.75 in an hour the other day .. what does everyone else here do? I need motivation to get to 4 miles in a hour!! Also how many cals is everyone doing?? I try and stick to 1200, usually wind up at 1400 which is good cause if I set my limits at 1400 i would prob wind up at 1600..lol
Hello everyone! Well I am still stuck on 190.5 and AF(aunt flo) has not showed up yet so I feel bloated. I know once I get it, I will lose 4-5 lbs. and then I can officialy be in 180's.
I also try to stick to 1200 usually. I upped my activity level to "light" since I've been working out 3 or more times a week now, and it said I should have 1366. But like you, sparksline, I usually go over my 1200, so that won't be much of a change.

As for the treadmill, I haven't been to the gym yet. I usually just go walking on my own, and try to do some home exercises.
hey, how is everyone in here?? Its been awfully quiet. I kinda just ate a big dinner , but wasn't so bad I did manage to eat about 1800 cals today though, eh I'll chart this one down as a maintenance day right. I feel like I kinda deserved it anyways I ran so much the last few days and even though I did eat 1800 I ate mostly healthy stuff, except the bailey's on the rocks and the desert I split with my friend.. at least I split it, and I packed up half my dinner and bought it home for hubby, so I saved a whole bunch of cals there too.

So how bad do you think eating 1800 cals is ?? I did work out for 1:15 this morning. I guess no weight loss on 1800 cals though right.
Sparks...eating 1800 with a workout is not bad at all.  You are still losing.  We are about the same weight so i am sure our maintainance calories are about the same.  Some days I will eat that many to jump start my metabolism. 

I try to keep my calories to about 1300-1600 per day, depending on exercise.  i usually workout 5 days a week.  Today i did 30 min on the elliptical and then ran 2 miles at 6mph.  That is a pretty standard cardio workout for me.  As far as walking at 4mph....i actually cant do it.  My legs are too short.  I am much more comfortable running. I have to walk at 3.8mph.
kvoelxen, it sounds like we are about on the same path.. Yeah 1800 isnt so bad..yay!! I added you and shaye to my friends, I'm diggin the 180's club. 2 miles at 6mph, thats fast ! I smoke .. so I'm eating your dust as you pass me by. ugh I think IM needing a smoke now
