180's Club
Would anyone like to join a 180's club? I've been stuck in the 80's for quite some time now and would enjoy some company... if anyone's interested.
today i weighed 181.5lbs. I am down by 3 lbs from last week. This is because i was cleaning the house as i am vacating the place.the cleaning has helped me a lot in reducing my weight. so now i found out that i have to do a lot of workout everyday to drastically reduce my weight.i keep my intake at 1200-1300 cal a day.good job. keep going. see u all after 10 days as i am shifting places.

181.8 this morning. Not grand, not bad. I say not grand because that's where I was a month ago. But, at least I lost what I gained a few weeks ago. UGH.
well finally at 182, only lost a pound but I'm happy about it. I thought I was going to stay at 183 FOREVER. Hopefully within the next week or so I can say goodbye to 180's and hello to the 170's club.

I actually said no to dessert yesterday! This was a big step for me, especially on a Friday night when it tends to be social. I am trying to aim for an intake of 1400 calories per day. I'm eating out at restaurants way less. We're eating in more, cooking our own food. If I absolutely eat out, I opt for a healthier Japanese menu that has way less fat than other types of diets. Also, fighting Public Enemy #1, which is the urge for midnight snacking. That's a hard one, but I notice is the biggest offender of all.
My horray for the day was that I went shopping, totally breezed by the 16's and XL's, and all the 14's I tried on FIT :) Not only that, but I bought a pair of capris at Old Navy (granted, their stuff is sized huge) in a 12!!!!

Hi, I'm new here and i started at 207lb, i'm now 183lb at 5ft5. Size 14 top and 20 bottom UK sizes. Finding it hard to lose weight from my legs though, and they make me look a lot bigger, and in some cases are the reason i have to buy bigger trousers, i have huge thighs and calves! Although i have lost some weight, i am seriously struggling to see any difference yet lol.
Just staying "Hello." I didn't really notice when I moved from the 190s Club into the 180s Club. I'm currently 187.5. Seems like I'll be in the 180s for a while. I had made it down to 185, but then promptly gained 2.5 pounds after a four-day birthday weekend. *sigh* But I'm working on getting motivated again. Exercising is the hardest part in this heat, but I'm doing it. :)
Well looks like I'm still here...I guess I will be in the 180's forever!! I was at 182 at the end of last month and I am still hanging around that number....IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. I don' t know if I have plateaued or if I am gaining muscle or what. Sometimes I just want to scream....

I'm glad to report I'm finally leaving the 180 club!!! I'm down to 178 now. I FINALLY broke my plateau of 2 mo. It gets discouraging, but don't give up! Good luck to you all!
Hi, I'm around 183 right now ~ I was at 181 but I have had a bad few weeks and *luckily* have only gained about 2 lbs back. Hopefully soon I can be in the 170s club!
By the end this month I should be in the 170's hopefully. 186.6lbs.
Woo-hooo! From 207 to 189.5 this am! I am sure glad that I get to join you guys! I'm just squeeking in but I'm in- hoping to whiz though and to the 170's since I am only 4'11 1/2. I am a weeble!!!! Ha ha. Those of you age 40's and above may remember Weebles. Weebles wooble but they don't fall down. Happy dance to all of you in the 180's club . I haven't seen those numbers in a long time---YEARS!!! I had many less wrinkles then.
This is where I am too! I've been here for well over a year. I'm hoping CC is going to give me the tools to move to the 170's and beyond. My other site kept me stuck. I'm at 186...
Hey gang, well I am back here for a while, I need to get back into gear. The past few weeks haven't been very good for me, I am creaping up and it's time to take action before it goes out of control. Today I was 182.0 but tomorrow's weigh in is probally not going to be good, I over ate. :( So it's time to get back to counting my calories and get me back down to my 178 I enjoyed maintianing so much. So I'll be watching more closely then I was. Anyways thanks for listening.
As of this morning, I'm weighing in at 185. I'm leaving for a weeklong vacation at the beach in about 2 weeks, and I would LOVE to be around 180 by then!
185.2 on Saturday morning. 188.2 this morning but I had over 3000 mg of sodium yesterday and Saturday. EEkk. Hopefully it will be down on this upcoming Saturday morning since that's my official weigh in day.
I posted here a long time ago, and was close to leaving the club. Now, I'm not even quite sure if I'm still in it -- but I went the other way! I'm determined not to weigh in till August and also determined to be smart, get stronger and healthier by then. I'm hoping I will actually be in the 180's, and that I will be here for a short time. I have been spinning my wheels for so long -- maybe it's good that I've gained a bit if only to wake me up and make something happen.
I want to join the 180's count me in. I'm at 191.
I weighed in at 185.5 yesterday! The secret? I've just been getting off my butt and combatting the inertia that sets in when I get depressed. Also, I've been swimming 45 minutes 3-4 evenings per week. Nothing too strenuous.
