I think we need a club too! Glad I graduated from the 200's, but need motivation to keep going. Now 195, only 5'2 so have a ways to go. Trying for 2 pounds a week, so maybe can join 180's club by August!
I'm with you. This morning I weighed at 192.4 and need a lot of motivation. This is the longest I've been on a weight program (lost 12.6 lbs since June 5) and want to continue. this is about the time I say, "wow, I've lost so much weight and I can eat anything now". Count me in.
Just over 12 pounds is fabulous! Keep er going!
I've been stuck at 192.5 for over a week and I'm getting upset about it! :( I did go down to 191 on Wednesday but that was because I had a colonoscopy and had to fast for 40 hrs but when I started eating again it jumped back to 192.5 but I did start at 205 May 26th so that averages 1.78 lbs a week so I should be happy. Can I survive my first plateau? With you guys helping I know I can.

In the last years I've yo-yo'd a lot, but never gotten below 190. I'm at 25 pounds since march (50 lbs. from my heaviest a couple of years ago). I want to get past this sooo badly!!
I'm just popping in to say hi! I'm at 191-190 right now, and on the verge of joining the 180s. I've hit a plateau and I'm trying everything I can to break it, I hope by next week. I sure would like to see that 189 number!!! Soooooo close!
What's everyone doing for calories per day? I've been trying to eat
1500-1600 and have been pretty good so far. It's hard in the summer
with BBQ season.
I'm trying to exercise at least 4 times a week (treadmill or golf (walking and pulling clubs)). I'm always so good at the start, then I get busy and peeter off. Maybe I just need motivation from other people going through the same thing.

Tomorrow will be our week together. I am 1 lb. less at 191.4. What did you do/or not do this week to be successful/unsuccessful on this weightloss journey? I had a three day conference and went prepared everyday with my portions of carrots and fruit. When lunch time came around (oh and my water) I wasn't out of control. Hope you are all doing well. and congratulations to Clairelaine who left us yesterday. Keep us posted on your successes.
Had an OK week. Stayed within my calorie range even with lots of
temptation. This week lost 1.6 lbs so I'm 194. (Trying for 1.5-2lbs a
week)

Woo! I just made it to the 190s club this morning! Yayness! Now all I have to do is get into the 120s club and I'm good......shouldn't be too hard....it's easy.....it's easy as life....sorry, went into a song.
Haven't checked in for a while, but have had a rough weekend. Hopefully all the walking I did on the weekend will keep me here and not searching out the 200's club. I weigh again on Friday, and plan to do some damage control all week! I'm hoping to get back into walking, but it's sooo hot out, isn't it jinxozzie? It's so cool! It's Friday again. Lost a pound this week so down to 193. Going slower
than I'd hoped, but the trend is in the right direction. Last week
decided to do some measurements to see if that would change too. Lost
1/2 inch around waist, thigh, and arm. That is a trend I like.
I've been doing Pilates, so maybe some of that fat is turning to muscle. Have a great weekend.

I'm down four pounds to 193.6 I'm not sure what to expect for next week though. Probably some gain, almost that time of the month. But for today I'll just take it for what it is!!
I picked up a measuring tape this week too. I'm going to wait until the first and only check it once a month or so. The pilates is obviously doing something if you've lost 1/2 an inch all over!!

I'm down to 190.6. Can't walk right now because I sprained my ankle:( Hope I keep it off this week.
1st post ever ... Started at 202 July 1st, joined cc the next day, been told by the medical team that I have to lose 70, now at 193. Count me in the club!!
