I think we need a club too! Glad I graduated from the 200's, but need motivation to keep going. Now 195, only 5'2 so have a ways to go. Trying for 2 pounds a week, so maybe can join 180's club by August!

I have just joined this club today. This is the first time being below 200lbs. in many years. Only 14.8lbs. to go. Yippeee!

hey hey all...  Just got back from a long weekend away, and according to the scale I'm up 1lb to 194.5 again.  I think most of it is water weight, since I went over my expenditure only on Sunday and Monday by 200 calories...  Did a 2 mile hike on Sunday and walked about 2 miles on Monday, but I also spent plenty of time sitting in the car while traveling.  Didn't get nearly enough water all weekend either.  It's all good though, I'm back to the daily grind today.  Still on week one of the couch-to-5k plan, since we went away in the middle of week one, so I'm stretching it out to the end of this week.  Last night's run was tough.  We'll see what happens... Have a fabulous day everybody! :O)
Did a lot better on diet yesterday and I even made it to the gym. The news is I'm back down to 191.2, if I'm really good this week I may even make it to 189, but the weekends tend to be my downfall, but overall it appears to be a slow downward trend.
Thanks everyone but I can tell you feel welcomed and great but I will be even happier the day I weigh in at 185lbs. and that's where I begin to do maintaince. :)
Hi ya'll, I'm in the 190's ....191.00 as of this morning to be exact. Thought I would post because I went last week from 194 for 5 days straight to yesterday being 193 and this morning 191!!!! So hopefully next week I can look for the 180's club. I haven't weighed this low in 24 years. I am so excited I could go out and walk another 2 miles!!!  love linda

Well I'm getting close, I'm at 190.8lbs this morning, but I've got a weekend long bachelorette party this weekend, so keeping on par is the goal.
Today my weigh in was 196.0lbs. I am so happy about how this has been going. I am only 11lbs. away from my goal weight. I feel great! :-)

Im slowly creeping forward.. 193 now. 23 to my christmas weight! and 57 total to go!

and most exciting news... My tight jeans are now my loose jeans  :D
Okay here is todays news brief on the tkd camp.

Beginning weigh on diet: 225.0 lbs.
Today's weigh in: 194.0 lbs.

Beginning waist size: 42" (This is an approximation could be more but that is the low end of the estimate).
Today's waist size: about 34.25"

I have not been this weight or waist size in many years. My goal weight of 185 I have not since I was in Junior High, 8 years ago. I am so proud of myself and it's still going smoothly. Only 9 lbs. to go and I feel great. Then it is onto maintaince.

I was 193.4 on the 11th.....I weighed exactly the same this morning!! :(
down to 191.5 this morning.  ROCK.

mrendon, my weight didn't change for the first 6ish days of Sept, but I stuck with it and it's slowly creeping down again.  Best of luck hun! :O)
I have herd and have done this when I hit those times that you hit a wall I increase my calorie intake by about 200-300 calories for one day and then I go back to the normal calorie amount I consume for the diet. I have found this helps the body believe your not starving yourself and then you gain slightly and then the weight goes down again. Atleast that's been my experience with that issue.
AH ok!  I'll try that...we'll see what happens.  I have weigh in on Monday for my group at work and I don't really wanna be the same weight, but if I am I am...just gotta keep going!
192 lbs here... only a few more to go til I say goodbye to the 190's group, and say hello to 180's! but, we'll all be meeting there soon anyway, right? Way to go everyone!

And, mrendon, best of luck breaking the plateau! When I hit one I try drinking a huge amount of water for a few days (like 3L), and it usually helps.
