I think we need a club too! Glad I graduated from the 200's, but need motivation to keep going. Now 195, only 5'2 so have a ways to go. Trying for 2 pounds a week, so maybe can join 180's club by August!
I did weigh in on Friday at 192.5lbs but today was about 193. Though I know why had more soduim level was higher than normal and also did not make it to TKD on Saturday or worked out that day. Back to get those pounds off, I hope to get to my goal of 185 by the end of the year.

190.8 as of this morning. I have enjoyed being a part of thus club but being in the 180's club is where my goal was and will stay that way. I have lost over 34lbs. It is amazing to me and just looking in the mirror at the difference is amazing. I have alot people commenting about it too, makes you feel really good too. Thanks for your support in this group but I haven't left yet but I just wanted to say that before I forget to.
im like 199 and really want to be in the 150's when all is said and done

Goodbye 200's.....Helllloooooo 190's!! 199.5 this morning! Even after Applebee's lunch yesterday!

On a side note....is there anyone else having trouble finding time to exercise? I run around with two children under 3 yrs old and I just can't find time to actually spend an hour to exercise. I went for a walk with the girls on Saturday, but I need time to do some hardcore working out, where my heartrate actually goes up.

Today was 191.5 and a waist line slightly below 34". I feel great, just these last pounds to my goal of 185 could be slow. I am so happy with my progress. I just am amazed that I was 225 and was probally on the brink of going even higher. Had a waist of 42"+. Thanks mom for helping me change my life style. Feeling great is so amazing, generally I have more energy now then I did then. Well minus the my Wednesday because it is such a long day but overall really happy with myself.

Well this morning was 190.0lbs, I may no longer be in this club it looks like.
Yeah I have been going between 190 to 191 for the past few days. We shall see what tomorrow brings us.

Hello to 190 lbs club. I am now 199.5. Started 3 weeks back and lost 6 lbs. It is good to see couple of other members who are working hard to move 180 lbs club...I hope that we all move to that very soon.

Man I remember when I was 190.....I was small but still chubby, but I was much smaller than I am now. I would do anything to be 190 now. But I remember how hard it was to stay that weight! Just 20 pounds lighter I would have been about normal sized! Thats my goal weight actually, 20 pounds lighter than 190. I hope I look good.

Well this morning was 190.0lbs again but I just have a strange feeling tomorrow I maybe joining the 180's club but I will know tomorrow.
Well after four weeks of binging I'm back up to 192...I shudder to think of what it would've been if I hadn't been going to the gym. So I'd like to join you guys too.
For the past couple of weeks I've been stuck in the mid-90s. Up to 197, down to 195, up to 196. It's so discouraging, I'm just not weighing myself for a few days. So much for my pretty, pretty green line. (And this happened only 12 lbs down)
On the other hand, it's been so pain free, there's nothing much to complain about. I could live like this for the rest of my life and only occasionally go into "Pooor Meeee" mode. I'm just impatient, that's all. And from what I can tell, that's a standard behavior problem for people like me. Instant gratification! Gimme NOW! So it's all part of the learning curve. Dumb learning curve.

^ I was of that mind set to when I started but then realized when I began to do research on dieting, I found out that the most realistic rate is about 2lbs/week. Well as of yesterday I was 2.05lbs/week but know I am actually 189.0lbs after a 13 day of 190.0lbs. I was getting a little upset too, I just figured it is probally better my last 5 lbs. are tough then they I'll be more likely to maintain the 185, which is my goal.
