150's club **new**

So anyone else in the 150's? I've lost a fair bit, but I'm not done yet. I'd like to lose at least 20 more pounds. Anyone else want to get out of the 50's with me?

By the way, I'm 5'2.

I'd love to! My goal is 120. Right now I'm 155. I'm 5'8".

Hi there pianoplaya. Ooo I wish I were 5'8! I'm 159.4 right now, so it will likely take me awhile to get out of the 50's.

I think I've found the right place to respond.  I'm new to the group thing.  I am taking your advice and adding 100 calories to my day.  It seems counterintuitive, but I'll do it. 

I am discouraged and every day it's a fight to get on the treadmill because I'm not seeing weight loss, however I have gone down in size so I should be happy.  I am so trained to look at the scale as the measure that  that is all I think about.

Oh well, today is another day.  By the way, I am 158 today.

I also take measurements about once a month. That helps when the scale is being stubborn. It's great that you are down a size.

Hey, for the first time in almost 6 weeks I have dropped below my average!  157 this morning.  This is the lowest I have been in years.  I guess upping my calories did the trick.  Thanks jinxozzie.

Woo Hoo!

Pianoplaya!  We have the same weight (155) but i'm 5'5".  My goal is 120-125.  What are you doing as far as eating for our weight?

I had slipped back up into the 60's again, but now I in the 50's again. 158.6

Still have a way to go. Hopefully everyone else is doing well.
