i'm 5'2.75"...i usually round up to 5'3" but i'll round down for this purpose.

127.5 pounds

29 years old

1200-1500 cals per day

exercise four times a week, 1-2 hours each time at the gym. 

goal: 120 or whenever i'm pleased.

Daily Intake - 1600 -2200.  Trying to get it down, finding not snacking VERY difficult.

Exercise - 7 days a week, 1-2 hours daily. Dance, yoga, running.

Goal 100-105 (my weight before i moved to Chicago for grad school and discovered deep dish pizza.)

Daily Intake - wish I could say 1300-1500; more realistically 1400-1800 on non-workout days; 1800-2200 on workout days

Exercise - Dance: 1hr 20min, 4 days/week Running or Elliptical: between 30min and 1hr, 1-2 days/week Lifting Weights: 20 min, 1-2 days/week (the 4 days of dance stays constant; the rest is on a good week)

Goal - around 115; if I feel comfortable at 120 I would stop there and maintain; on the flip side, I would go as low as 110 but not lower.

I eat between 1100 and 1300 calories daily, exercise the hour it takes me to talk to work, as well as do 50 minutes of pilates every night, and dance to Backstreet Boys when my fiance is at work.

I started my lifestyle change in the beginning of August and throughout August and September I lost thirty pounds.  I stopped counting calories in October due to job loss, couldn't afford food, blah blah blah, and started again November 6th.  I have since lost an additional three pounds, bringing my total Calorie-Count-attributed weight loss to thirty-three pounds.

Still wear the same pant size as before, but damn, my feet are skinny.  And creepy.

I'm actually 5'1, but who cares lol.

I usually create my deficit through exercise.

I have both an office job and a retail job (totaling about 50-70 hr/wk), so I don't have much time outside that for both eating right AND extra exercise. My solution was to put my lifestyle down as low activity, and add any time that I spend at my retail job in as exercise, which creates a stronger deficit. I also work out any day I don't work at the retail store, about 45 min elliptical/treadmill and stretching.

I'm 20, and I think I weigh around 130lbs at the moment (haven't weighed in a week... waah)

Daily calorie intake: Unknown, I don't count religiously anymore, just trying to eat more whole, natural foods.

Amount of exercise: I aim for - 40 mins running on Mon, Weds, Fri

                                                - 1h dancing on Tues, Thurs, Sat

                                                - Daily Stretching and 20 mins weight training

                                                - Occasionally pilates on a Sunday... usually not!

Goal: 110-115lbs, and/or wicked muscles!

I really need to get back into my exercise. I've been lacking these past few weeks, but tomorrow's a new day (it's 23:41 over here in the good ol' UK).
