Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Well finally. I got to see the 5 on my scale! YYYAAAAHOOOO! I was 159.6 today. 159.4 yesterday! Hopefully this will stick for me...Please...wish me luck!!!
Caries- it's okay, I dont even want to talk about how bad I ahve been this past week and sure don't look forward to the scales tomorrow but I am going to be back in control, just have to be I have worked to hard to get where I'm at right now.

yea carrie glad to have u back donw feel bad i have nto beeing doing so great either.. back up also 148-149 after all that hard work to get to 145.. what a dif 3-4 pound can make on us huh..

just keep going.. i have decided im gonna try really hard to maintain over the next few month gonna attempted to get back to 145 ro soo and jsut try to hold onto untill january and then start again.. to much to try to loose with all the holidays coming..

I am with ya Holly! Maintaining is it until the end of the year! Between 150 and 155 is the game plan! Should not be a problem! I still plan to eat well and mainly get in some exercise each day!
Very Pre TTOTM today. 156! Wrong way!!!!!! I drank a ton of water today though and pee'd like CRAZY! So hopefully better in the morning!

im just coming off my TOTM... so im working on re-losing what I have gained this week...but I am down under the 180 mark AGAIN!

My first mini goal is 175.... and my long term goal is to be 150........

I hope I can stick with it!

Hi guys! I'm joining this group because the 155lbs just can't leave me. 155lbs love me so much that it has stuck by me through good times and bad times. I managed to get below that when I went on my honeymoon. However, when I got back, I was back to my old weight...you guessed it 155lbs!
Tomorrow is a new month and that means a new beginning!

It's a new month with new beginnings! So far so good! I ate well today and will make sure to go to the gym. I hope you all are doing fabulous....
It's kind of quiet around here. I hope everybody had a wonderful week. I don't know about you guys but srogers is an inspiration. I definitely want to be able to say that I hit the 142 mark one day! This has never happened in my adult life. I'm still trying to keep the momentum and motivation going.

My day is going wel so far because I went to church. It feels great to just leave things to God. I've been doing good so far. It is so cold outside but I have to get some exercise in somehow and add fruits/veggies and water today.

Okay, this thread is WAY to quiet! I am great today! Got in a really nice 1 hr workout. Lower body on the machines and 25 minutes of interval on the treadmill! Nearly 300 cals burned total!
I have been "clean eating" since Nov. 1st with no slips! I may allow a taste of these amazing brownies I am making for a baby shower tomorrow! Just a bite or two! We shall see!

carie87, I'm not alone anymore. Great that you did an hour of exercise. I'm going to try to do the same tonight!
Today has been good so far. I just want to end the day in the positive note by exercising and not getting the munchies at night.
I can't wait to see the high 140s (AGAIN)....During my honeymoon 2 months ago I saw them but they left me quickly as I was enjoying myself a bit too much.

Okay, I think I have the food thing under control, but I can't seem to get myself to exercise regularly. Could one of you please check up on me tomorrow and ask me whether I went to the pool or gym? I think I need accountability!

I'm definitely going to get mine to the gym today! I'm trying to begin emotional eating as today has been stressful. Hope the week is going well so far ladies. I will check in tonight to see if how well I did.
