Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Hey everyone, I see some new faces, welcome, I have been slacking on checking in with this group, but I hate to leave since this is where I started and the support was so great.  I had a little gain over halloween, kinda scared me but I'm back down to 142, now still trying to get to 140 and then the final goal of 139.

Still trying to find the right exercise routine, just taking it a day at a time.

Everyone keep up the great work.

I'm back at 157.6 (as of Monday) after being down to about 145 a few months ago.  I was good at posting and logging, and then I apparently thought I was doing well enough to just go on by myself.... anyways...I'm back on the wagon again.... I'm participating in a "Zero-Gain" campaign with some co-workers, with a goal of not gaining any weight over the holidays- from Thanksgiving to New Years.  I'm hoping to maybe drop a few pounds while I'm at it too.

 This just proves to me how valuable posting and logging is... makes me accountable.  I can't do it alone!

My job does "Hold it for the Holidays".....same thing different name! I weighed in 3 weeks ago yesterday at 157 and I am 152 this morning!!!! WOOOHOOOO!

Well surgery and Thanksgiving behind me...I made it. Today is weigh-in day for me. 158.0     yiiiipeeee!
I'm still hovering around 178... darn them holidays!!

I am hanging on at 150 with my official weigh in from a personal challenge to be UNDER 150 in 30 days....my 30 days is up tomorrow!!!

Don't let the Holidays get to you like that! You can enjoy all the yummy treats in moderation and not go crazy! You can do this!!!!

Long time no update ladies!

Sorry I have been really busy with work, social etc. 

138 this morning though.  8 pounds to go to goal weight.  Man these last few pounds are hard to get off.

How is everyone else?

I'm really sorry for not updating and being so absent its just been so hard to keep up with posting.  I promise to be better in the future :)

Hi, everyone. I think I've finally recovered from my Thanksgiving food disaster (five days away from home, food in front of us from dawn to bedtime, and rehearsal dinner and nephew's wedding reception added to the usual Thanksgiving excess).

I'm at 149 today, but I'm staying with the 150's until I know it "sticks." I've been yo-yo'ing a lot lately. These last 10 pounds toward my goal (143) are really frustrating.
