150's group...daily updates
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

As for me, I gained a bit over my birthday weekend. About 2 lbs. Not sure if my scale just tricked me with the 153 or what. Either way, it's taken me since then to finally get back to 153 as of today! What a relief, I'll tell you what. Especially since my husband is coming back home from work for a week tomorrow. Although when he has his week off from work it comes at a sh*tty time because within a few days it will be TTOM and I get a double dose of temptations. He always wants to eat out when he comes home and all of that darn sodium and huge portions...sheeshhhh..what's a girl supposed to do?!
I am gonna try really hard to stay on track and watch portions, drink plenty of water and make sure I do my 30 day shred every day whether he thinks I look like a fool or not. LOL!!! hmmmm....maybe I'll get up before he does and get my work out in then maybe go for a run before him and Av (my 3 year old) wakes up. Oh that will be a test of my will all in it's own.

OK I am back after a somewhat long absence. Before I left I made it to the 140's but I am back here again for a short stay. I started back to walking and calorie counting yesterday. I am at 152.5 So I gained about 6 pounds in my lazy time. Not too bad but I want to get rid of the weight I gained and get to my goal weight. I just wish summer would get here sometime soon, I am sick of RAIN!

ok,...back in action. I am pretty much the exact situation as sunnydog98. I was about 142-143 ish and have been derailed and ended up about 153. So I am hoping move on out of the 150's soon, but it is so helpful to have these 10lb groups because it gives you a goal to move to a new group. It is time to get back to the goals!
