150's group...daily updates
Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

under 2500 mg a day.. at least.. i try to keep it under 2000... and yeah i do lean cuisine :)

Ihaven't been eating enough last two days--too busy! I need to keep at 1700-1800, and I just got past 1300 yesterday! Result--up to 150.5 this morning! Also getting close to TTOM--I gotta eat or my body is going to stage a mutiny! lol! On the good side, because I don't have snack type stuff in my house, I don't munch, which would get my cals up to where they need to be. On the other, I ate my regular dinner (late thought) and I just didn't feel like eating anymore!!!
I have noticed my butt and thighs feel A LOT firmer since I have been weight training--gotta love that! No more jello-jiggle in the trunk! LOL!

okay, so i am having a hard time believing it, but my scale showed a 2 lb loss this morning... it says i weigh 147 this morning :) so i guess if it still reads that or less on monday morning i will be leaving you ladies :( :) if i do, i am sure a few of you will be following close behind :) but i am still gonna come here and cheer ya on :) and its not monday yet, so not gonna be too excited til then, lol.. not gonna count on it yet..

I was 152 today, I had to weigh myself 5 times to make sure I wasn't just really groggy. The weight seems to be melting off, I don't think it will last, but I hope so! lol.

OMG does it take a lot of courage to put pics of yourself on this website--especially if you are wearing bike shorts! LOL! Well everyone, that is exactly what I have done--and there is no going back now! I will take new one's in 30 days to see the changes! Yikes! I'm just glad you are all so supportive--ooo im scared! okay dee.. so you dont feel so bad i posted pics i took at the beginning of january, at 160 lbs... my shorts are just stretchy shorts, so mine look waaaaaay worse.. i think i look totally awful.. i carry soooo much of my weight in my midsection, butt, and hips... ugh.. lol.. i will see if i cant get some new ones taken over the weekend.. see if there is much difference... :) (and i dont think i had a bra on lol.. so maybe not much support there lol)...

Unicat, how do you do the computerized image of the woman showing the "evolution" of your weight loss journey?
go to prevention.com
create the model first (at your highest weight, or whatever).. then click on ctrl and prt sc at the same time... then open paint, and paste the image into paint then save it on your computer as whatever... then create the next one at the lower weight... doing the same thing.. if you want to put both models on the same pic you can.. you just gotta open the first one in paint, make a space big enough to put the second image beside it... then open the second image(in another paint window so you have two paint windows open), cut the image out, and paste it on to the first one and move it to the open space you created, then save it :) and upload to here :)

okay i have decided i hate pictures lol.. i just added a front pic and a side pic of me.. they are awful.. i look soooo fat... ugh... and i was looking at my son who decided it would be a good idea to sit on the couch while he was taking my pic so it looks like i am looking down my nose at everyone lol... i put them side to side with my pics in the same clothes from when i hit 160.. be nice :P
edit : those are the same shirt and shorts.. i rolled the short waist down to show my belly more.... and look at where they were tight around my thighs ... in the 160 pic.... then look at the 149 pic :)
Hello everyone! I really fell off the food and exercise wagon this week : ( Oh well, I didn't gain too much - went up to 158.5 yesterday, from my 157. I will ease back into the exercise over the weekend, and then pick up where I left off on Monday.
Everyone seems to be doing so good! Congrats!! I think I need to read this site every day to keep me motivated.
Carie87 - I like the lean cuisines, so I don't have to think too hard. I sometimes eat the a Panini for breakfast at work, cause I'm too lazy to get up to eat cereal. I pack my lunch with these too. If I do this then I can stay below my calorie goal.
