150's group...daily updates
Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Boy, this is getting old, I am still at 154 for yet another day. Doesnt matter what I do, eat a lot, eat a little, excersise a lot, excersise a little! But I feel better when I workout and eat right so I will go with that! It will come off eventually! There..... I gave myself a pep talk!!! Have a great weekend all!!!
Gahhh, 151 even today, I don't normally weigh myself on the weekends, but because I went up a pound on Friday, I figured I could use the encouragment of seeing it come off today. (I was sure it was just food and water weight)
I wonder if I'm going to have to lose this pound all over again =_=;

Hey carie.. I was stuck at 159-158 forever.. grrr.. LOL I was getting SO frustrated.. but I started zig zagging my calories.. one day I would eat 1500 the next day 1200 and I think its working!! HK was the one who told me to up my calories when I got stuck. I think it keeps your body guessing. This morning I was 157! This morning I just realized that I have gone from Moderately overweight to slightly overweight!! That enough made my day! I just hope it stays that way! Crossing fingers and toes...LOL

Holding steady at 152, which I feel okay about. I cannot wait to get into the 140s!!! Weekends are so hard b/c family and friends all want to go eat out...I have to watch what I get this weekend. I looked up nutrition facts for Chili's and I found out that my favorite dinner the monterey chicken is over 1000 calories on its own!! So I won't be getting that!!!!
This just proves that I had no idea what kind of stuff I was eating before!

I have made it into the 150's by way of being sick, so I think once I am able to eat properly in the next few days, I will bump back to 160; even though, it was nice to see those numbers on the scale, as I have not seen them for YEARS! And I know I will get here for real...but for the time being, I will enjoy...hope to see you for real...real soon!

I am at 152 still. I jogged today and didn't get as winded as usual. I went my own pace and feel great.
Well, hopefully tomorrow morning I will have some movement on the scales (lower of course...haha).

good morning to everyone, seems like you all had a great weekend. i am back up from the weekend of driking and eating way to much but boy did we have a blast, so here i go back on the grind, i really hated seeing that weight this morning even heavier than when i started but im hoping a lot of water holding in there from all the drinks.. espcially since i cant get my wedding rings on ..: ( i didn take a kick but cardio kickboxing class on sat befor i left for the rest of the day / weekend im still so sore maybe that is some of it too..but i cant be mad : ( i had a blast..

essentials - google "virtual model" and you should be able to make your own little computer pic. It's a lot of fun and you can shrink yourself to see how you will look when all the weight is off. Plus you can put a "pic" on the web w/o worrying about people looking at the real you. I think you have to copy the actual address of the pic and paste the link into your profile. I can't remember exactly, but it wasn't hard to do. Good luck!

Well great! I am now 154.5, up from 154 where I had been stuck for weeks! I am REALLY getting serious now! I need some major exersise today! And really logging every calorie! I am just SOOOOO discouraged! Maybe I will walk on my lunch hour!
Give it time. I was stuck at the same weight for weeks too, and then all of a sudden I was down to 150. It'll happen! I think our bodies sometimes need a little time to adjust.

My calves are sore from jogging!!! But I am not going to let it get me down! I am stretching more throughout the day. I am 151.5 today.
Hollybelle and poohct: Sometimes you need to reward yourself. I think that denying yourself something for days will only make you more frustrated. So today you will do great!! I know it!

prettybowen - this is how i did my virtual models...
go to prevention.com
create the model first (at your highest weight, or whatever).. then click on ctrl and prt sc at the same time... then open paint, and paste the image into paint then save it on your computer as whatever... then create the next one at the lower weight... doing the same thing.. if you want to put both models on the same pic you can.. you just gotta open the first one in paint, make a space big enough to put the second image beside it... then open the second image(in another paint window so you have two paint windows open), cut the image out, and paste it on to the first one and move it to the open space you created, then save it :) and upload to here :)
