Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Well happy Sunday! This morning I was down 1 pound of the 1 1/2 I gained during TTOTM. I walked 2 miles and now I am getting ready to go to church. I will do another 2 miles this evening! I am trying not to completely obsess over losing weight to see if that puts me in a better frame of mind!

Hope everyones weekend is great! I am on day 3 of 6 days off in a row! It has been great! I have seen more of the hubby and kids in the last few days than I usually do in a month!

nocturne - its really understandable waiting to make sure you are under 150 to leave..  heck i have fluctuated sooo much since i joined the 140 group that its about ridiculous..  even hit 148.5 this morning :( (sunday morning)... i just had a bad week food wise, all around... trying trying trying to get back on track tomorrow..

pooh i will probably be stuck in the 140s for a loooooooooong time at the rate i am going, so dont feel bad about being here this long..

keep up the good work everyone, you will make it to goal or around there as long as you keep trying and dont give up (unless of course there is some medical reason why you cant lose weight lol)...

i completely understand gaining and losing the same 3-4 lbs for months and months. on day 13 of a South Beach Diet, Phase 1, i've decided to start all over again b/c i gained 3 lbs. to be at 156 instead of losing weight from the 153 i was when i started 2 weeks ago!

Just wanted to say thanks for these postings, and the 150 club... it helps to know we all struggle every day over this stuff. i am inspired to begin again!

i will drink green tea tom. and not starbucks with sugar & cream. i will not eat a chocolate cake with ice cream for dinner tommorrow.

my goal is to lose 15 pounds over the next 15 weeks. by july sometime. i will check in again this week and hopefully come back with good news :)
I joined last Monday when I was 160.  Well I was down 2 pounds on Friday (158) but then Friday night I had a suite during a baseball game and enjoyed the free hotdogs and beer.  Now I am up two pounds (160)!!  Looks like I need to take it easy this weekend during my sister's bridal shower and bacherlette party if I am to get anywhere weight-wise.  I was doing so well!  That free beer gets me everytime!  
Well I did the Monday weigh in thread today. I have a total weight loss of 3 pounds since last monday. I have weighed 152.6 for the last 2 days. Its supposed to rain everyday this week except for today...LOL. I guess its time to dust off the work out videos ;-)

I'm sitting at work munching on Soy crisps now...

I weighed in at 159.1 yesterday and have been basically 159 for a few days so I think that means i'm officially out of 160 and into 150s! Hi yall!!

For all those people who are losing weight slowly or yo-yoing, I totally know how you feel--I starting this whole thing at 160 then went to 162, then am now down to 159. UGH.

My goal is 144--a perfect square! Later today I'm going to try to do the "Learn to Run challenge" (look it up in forums...under...fitness, I think) and try to Walk2min/Run3min until I get to 3miles. *fingers crossed*

hi again.  I weighed in again today, I'm still at 155.  I'm very happy with that.  I have been sticking to my diet really good these past few weeks.  I'm planning a 'free' day on Easter, so I guess that gives me something to look forward too.  I have been having a lot of fun trying on my clothes that I finally fit back into.  My goal is 150, but I have the feeling once I get to 150 I'll try for 145 or so.  I hope everyone does well today!  nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!  ttyl

Wow! I'm very excited. I finally made it into this group around the beginning of December, but then I left my internship in Florida, came back to Texas with my family, started school back up and over the course of that, gained and went back to the 160s group.

I weighed myself today after getting back on track last week and here I am...158.6 lbs :-) 
Dragged my butt to the gym this morning.  Did 30 min on the elliptical, my i pod keeps me going.  I was pretty sweaty when done.  Then I worked my lower body on the machines.  After all that I still had to do laundry, wash the floor, vaccum!  I must have burned off another ten calories (one whole peanut).  Weight is slow to come off.........oh well...not giving up.
Hey CC friends! Bad day today! No walk, decent breakfast, but things went downhill from there! Split a piece of cheesecake with my daughter at the mall and ate most of a 99cent bag of salt and vinegar chips. That is on top of my regular lunch and dinner. I havent even added it all up! I spent the whole day cleaning my butt off though and figure I probably atleast managed to stick with a maintenance cal/activity ratio! Guess we shall see in the morning!

Thanks carie87... but I?m planning on sticking around till my trend line gets below 149 at least. This morning I was 153.2. My weight always fluctuates like this and then it just whooshes off...LOL.. At least I?m hoping that?s what happens again... ;-) I have been really good the last week and everyday I have even drank like 100 ounces of water everyday! I swear my skin is getting so soft from all this water intake it?s so nice!

Oh and carie im sure one little piece of cheesecake didnt mess you up... besides you need to treat yourself now and then for all the hard work!!

Its raining again here today grrrr... so Off to get out the work out video again.. good day to all!!
Morningstar, thanks for not letting me beat myself up over a little cheesecake! I have been pretty happy just to maintain for now! I lost ten pounds from the start. If I can maintain for a bit, than lose ten more, I would be happy with that!
Hey, it is raining like crazy for me too! I am Michigan, where are you? Only in Michigan, It has been in the upper 60's and is dropping to highs in the 30's with the possibility of snow showers!
Well so far today I have had Whole wheat french toast and am heading to the Museum for the day with my son! Hopefully lots of walking and no time to snack!!!!!!!!!

Alright, 149.6 today, even after a sushi binge =) yay!
Plus I'm even bloated from TOTM.  So I must be even a little lower, happy. ^^

I weighted myself this morning.

I am all bloated because I am going to be starting my cycle this week and there I am up 2lbs.
It is my fault really, I caved in to the chip craving. Damn crunchy salty goodnes that is evil!

Hi everyone!  Okay - I am out of denial!!!  My clothes are getting tighter and tighter and I can see how much weight I gained.  Through my 20s, I was always in the low 120's.  Not anymore - now it's 157! I hate diets and I hate excersize.  I broke my leg in my late 20's, put on some weight, and broke my leg a few months ago, put on more weight, and 4 weeks ago, quit smoking - and yes, let's add some more weight!  I am a stay-at-home mom, so, let's add even more weight.  I want to lose it, but I'm really lazy and pretty much just want a miracle to happen.  Ok, so I slapped myself in the face and here I am.  Please help - I need some serious motivation!  I would love to get down to about 130.  27 pounds - I just keep imagining 27 packages of ground beef stuck to my body - THIS IS GOING TO TAKE FOREVER!  So, I start counting my calories and get off my lazy butt - what else can I do?
No, I have yet to make the move, I get nervous that I'll jump back up to 150 again... lol
