150's group...daily updates
Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Today was terrible, ran to the mall with my mom, no jeans fit. I'm looking for a dark wash.
I tried every type of pair at the gap, I thought I was an 8, nope. Thought I was a 10, nope.. only 1 pair fit and it looked awful. Why is my butt so HUGE? All the 12s fit except there was enough fabric in the back where the belt loop is to make it into a hoodie, RIDICULOUS! EVERY PAIR, 10s too small, 12's too big, wtf?
I don't understand, I feel so crappy now, my butt has always been odd, I don't think I'd have less trouble even if I was a smaller size... So depressing...
I'm going to go back again in a few weeks when I have more time and try on every pair in the entire mall, I swear, there has to be a jean that fits me decently.

Okay all. I came in just under 1500 calories and am heading out for a walk! Then its Ab Lounge time! Yes Holly, dig it out now, we will get 6 packs together! I couldnt believe how it hit those big back muscles too! Nothing uglier than back fat!!! Acaruthers, Holly gave great advice! Follow the pie chart, shoot for an "A". And you will be fine! Oh, dont forget your water! Half your weight in ounces is my rule of thumb!!! Have a great night all!!!
Nocturn, I have the same "butt" problem! Big butt, small waist! Try "Wonder Jeans" from the Buckle. Expensive....about $100 a pair, but I fit into the 8's there! It is all I can wear and feel good! Gap jeans run small. I am barely in 10 in their things! And in some cuts like their Capri pants, that is pushing it!!! I also love New York and Co.!!!
Yeah I really like NY co. too, I wish I had more time. I remember in one thread someone said the Gap had a good jean for curvy girls, but I didn't find it, to say the least.
Yeah, I'm normally a 6/8, so it was a little harsh to be a 10/12.
I don't think we have a store called the Buckle here, I'll do an online search and try to find the closest one. I'm telling you, I'd pay 200$ for that perfect fit (I am so poor, lol I work 2 days a week =_=). I'm so sick of putting on my jeans and feeling lumpy.
EDIT: Yeah the closest one is in El Cajon, 45 mins away. BLAH. lol. Maybe I'll make a special trip there in a couple weeks.

thanks hollybelle. That does help. I am about 5% too high on the fat and 5% to low on the protien. Any suggestions from anyone.

Well, I am down to 153.5. Thats down a total of 2.5 pounds for the week! I need however to stay focused! This is without fail, the point at which I say "Hey, its the weekend, my weight is down, I am going to splurge a little today!" Well Sat. turns to Sun than flows into the next week and before you know it, the weight is back and I start all over! NOT THIS TIME!!! I am off to go make egg beaters, than go for a nice long walk!!!

149.4 today, yay! still in the 140s, usually I'll shoot back up to 150 or 151 by now. Bad news is that TTOM is coming next week, so I may not be able to move with you guys unless I actually lose 2 lbs by then.

152 today!!! Maybe I can make our goal by the end of the month. I go back to work Monday so hopefully I'll be able to keep up my routine. Seeing some results is a great motivator though!
Thanx carie, lol, but I don't feel further when I've been stuck at 149/150 for 3 weeks. ^^; I'm gonna be so excited when the scale reads below 149 though!

How is everyone else doing with exercising? The only thing I have been doing lately is walking a mile or so a day, when the weather permits. Lately though the weather has been really crappy here in Illinois and I haven?t been able to get out and walk. I?m still following my calorie intake plan and the weight is still coming off with out exercise. I?m taking in anywhere from 1200-1400 calories a day. I try to zig zag them so my body doesn?t get used to the same thing everyday.
Anyhow I kind of rambled here.. So I?m off to chug some more wonderful water...LOL see ya!

I'm in West Virginia, and it is totally raining here...yucky...perfect day to go the mall!! I am still at exactly 151! Feeling good, I am going to publish my measurements in my profile soon, I have lost a lot of inches in a month!!! I was surprised since I fell off the wagon for a few days.
As for exercise, I am in love with my new videos called 10-Minute Solutions. I have the kickboxing and pilates videos. They each have 5 10 minute portions that you can do mix up or do all at once. I mostly do them all at once. I was running a lot but, the weather got bad and I am so bored with my treadmill. I didn't feel like I was getting a worth while workout on my little home treadmill. I would do better with a bigger one like at the gym, or running outside.

hey guys, im in sunny florida, tampa area..really hot and humid today, but the great thing about florida is it was just cold and them rainy like 3 days ago, and we wounder why we get sick..lol so anyway 152.2 this morning woohoo so close i can taste it.. i did that zumba class at shapes i dont know the guys name who started the tapes but he taught the class and it was so fun..well good choices today ladies, let be slimer and trimer by end of april..

Everyone is doing soooooo great! I am worried about the scale tomorrow. My sodium is super high today! My calories will still be around 1600, and I will walk and Ab Lounge! But you know that pesky sodium!!! Stupid Lean Cuisenes!!! You guys are so awesome! I could not do this with out ya!!!
