150's group...daily updates
Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

hey guys holding steady at 152.2 but its ttom for me so maybe when its over i will drop a few oz.. fingers crossed...: ) sounds like you guys have done really well this weekend also, i was very good also and even had pizza from chucky cheese..lol took my daughter there for the first time she loved it ..duh..!! lol well here to a new week lets get slim..
Oh! For anyone who likes pizza- I made this pizza dough I found online and made a pizza from scratch yesterday with part skim mozzarella and turkey pepperoni.... it was delicious. The whole thing equals out to just under 300 cals a slice, but has some good protein and whole grains in it.
It's a honey whole wheat crust- which makes it a little thick, but I love the heartiness---
I put the recipe in the log- "whole wheat pizza dough"
Just if anyone's interested.
You bake it at 450 for 15-20 minutes with the toppings on it. And an organic plain tomato sauce makes an excellent sauce without as much sugar as the normal pizza sauces have.

149.8 - I splurged last night, b/f 21st b-day. I had a big salad and a couple slices of pizza. Then a Mikes Hard Lemonade later in the evening. Only about 500 calories over maintenance, small set back, but not a big deal. I totally enjoyed it! XD
nocturne - if you splurged last night and your weight is 149.8 this morning, imagine what it will be when the sodium from the pizza gets flushed out of your system :) yay :)

there are about 3 or so of us trying to get out of the 150's by the end of april, i think that would be too much for you in such a short time, but i have no doubts you will be right behind us..

thanks for the welcome hollybelle. I hope those of you who are aiming to be outta the club for the end of April make it!!!! It's darn near impossible for me, but by the end of May for sure! I can wait. Looks like I'll be in good company here till then :)

I touched 158..... but I think I need a plateau in order to come down to low 150's. Still, my scale showed me a five!!

Okay so I keep fluctuating when I weigh myself and then I feel like crap....so I am not going to weigh myself everyday anymore! I will try maybe every three days or every friday or something.
I looked over my analysis over the past few days and I think I have to many carbs. I am averaging 60% or higher!!! I gotta get that in control. But my fat percent is pretty low. I think that is good, right?
I just made some weight watchers baked chicken and the whole thing was just 160 calories!! It was really good.
I am off to go to kickboxing...FYI I used to go a lot then I stopped...well I started again on Saturday and it kicked my butt! I am still sore. But yesturday I did pilates in hopes to stretch and what not...I am going to alternate between the two and add in some running.
Everyone sounds like they are doing great. Welcome newbies!! Sorry I didn't post on Sunday...I know you all missed me ;o) haha!

Well, stayed at 153.5 this morning. And today I have hit 1700 calories...OPPS. I went crazy and took a handful of the m&m with yogurt covered raisin mix I made my daughter! That put me over the edge! I counted it as 200 calories. So I would have been at 1500. Oh well. Still have a 250 cal deficit, and that does not include me taking the stairs down 7 flights about 10 times or more today, and me jumping on the Ab Lounge in a minute! I am also pre TTOM! Yuck! Explains the insane grab of the goodie mix tonight! Did pretty bad with the water also! Only about 40ish onces! Okay, not the end of the world! I will do better tomorrow! But boy the end of the month is getting here fast! 14 more days!!! I need to lose 2 pounds each week!

morning guys, doing good today so far, prettybowen im so glad you started the kickboxing calss its so fun i do it at my gym and its burns.. oh my..lol but i have a hard time not getting on the scale too and it doesnt always like me either jsut keep up the good work..
oh carie that snack mix sounds yummy.. i was having that problem last week with the skittles inmy house from easter..lol but i finally ate them all.lol so no more temptation....: )
oh i bought the quaker granola snack bites and they only have 90 cal in them great to keep in the car for those urges incase u guys like that kind of stuff..

I am sooooo upset! 155 this morning after holding at 153.5 for a few days! I was really on the down track! I am pre TTOM, and only had 40 oz's of water yesterday ,but this is riduculous! I will hit my 80 oz's today and watch the sodium! This is just a really sad set back! Leaving for the 140's looks really far away now! Everyone looks good! How was kickboxing prettybowen? Holly the snack mix is soooo good! My daughter needs to eat is all!!! She is 5'3" and 110, she can afford it!
I am taking the stairs up and down today whenever possible! 7 flights one way!

carrie drink drink that water get the salt out of there.. but im sure its do to ttom on its way.. im almost over mine...woohoo , but yes end of april is fast approching.. but i think we can still do it girls i weight 175-178 last year for my daughter first bday, so im just happy im not still there it will be nice to have pic i can actually look at this year since her bday is the 29..lol
