Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

So I just adjusted the goals I set in my profile since there is no way I am going to make it to 145 in April....so I moved everything up a month. I am not going to be discouraged b/c I am working out more than ever and I haven't had a carbonated drink in forever!!!
Ughh just had a BAD food day but I knew that I would. I don't even know how to log it all correctly, because I went out to eat.... Oh well. I'll just hit the gym extra hard tomorrow!
Sorry I have been MIA lately.. I haven?t fallen off the wagon or anything but kinda stepped back for the moment. My son is having his surgery done tomorrow and I have been an emotional wreck all week. I?m still holding on at 150.5 but not in the 140s yet. I plan on getting back on track after all this is overwith. Its just so hard to stay focused when I feel so much stress ya know? It sucks.. life just isnt fair, I wish he didnt have to go though this.

WOOT!!!! i've lost 5lbs since last month!!! I didnt weigh myself at all and since yesterday i triple checked and im down from 156 to 151!!! Im nearly in the 140's!!
I think being less stressed about what i ate meant i ate less and got more sleep instead of sitting up all night worrying about my body!
I also have started the lateral thigh trainer... and i have seen good results!! in just a week ive lost that excess jiggle around my obliques!

Congrats emskirooni!! That is incredible!!! So, how is the lateral thigh trainer? Is it boring staying in one place...I guess it would be similiar to staying in place on a treadmill or something.
Anyways, I went to red lobster for lunch and got the roasted tilapia in a bag (1/2 portion) and it was AWESOME! Low cal too. I didn't check the fat though...I will do that now.

Hey I thought may I would check in here. My weight today was 157 but my regular weigh ins is on Friday. Maybe if I publicly post my weight it might help get down to those 140s. I have been there a couple of times with eating healthy but it seems I stall out then fall off the wagon. Here hoping I won't fall off again!!!!!!!!

I just gave my mom a call to let her know I'd be coming home either tomorrow night or thursday morning, haven't been home since easter. She told me she'd take me SHOPPING because she noticed lat time she saw me that I've lost weight, and figured I'd need some new clothes. Well I've been working out 6 days a week since I last saw her, and I didn't join CC until after easter, so I have a feeling she'll be really surprised when she sees me tomorrow!
And I can't wait to kick her butt at the gym thursday night :-)

soooo still haven't made it to the gym. Last week kicked my butt.. and now I'm sick from not sleeping at all.. so all I want to do is stay in bed and watch tv. I've managed to watch what I've been eatig since friday and drop back down to 151.... only 2 lbs to go... and I think I can do it.
I think I'm going to make myself go to the gym today.. I figured out that if I get there at 7 and lift for an hour, then I can watch gilmore girls while I'm on the treadmill. (I know.. it's ridiculous... but I love that show~!)
That way I can study until around 7, then take a break and get my workout in at the same time.
Everyone sounds like they're doing really well! Keep it up guys! Only 6 days to go!

I finally made it to the gym today. (Yay!)
Went an hour on the treadmill and lifted the upper body stuff for about 45 minutes.
Now maybe tomorrow I'll go an do legs and Abs. :)
I'm running/walking a 5k next saturday and my running right now sucks. I had to walk a ton of it today. Oh well... maybe by next week it will be better.
(oh yeah.. and for some reason we didn't get the CW at the gym.. so I watched celebrity fit club instead.... and now my roomie won't let me watch the gilmore girls tivo-ed in the living room while I eat my dinner because he wants to watch CSI on demand. Jerk.)

lucky you agana no cravings... haveing ruby tuesday for lunch today.. yumyum i dont usually like them but look up there smart eating menu getting petite sirloin and green beans and a toss caesar.. all for about 465 cal.. yea sounds so yummy i cant wait for it to get here...lol soem things come up as a little more on the cc page but its all good... hope everyone is having a great day..
I do feel pretty lucky. I think it is because I am working so hard to get a balanced diet in and not just calories so my body doesn't crave anything real bad cause its getting everything it needs. At least thats the way I look at it. Everyday when I pack my lunch I think "do I have enought colors in there?" meaning my colors of fruits and veggies...they say the more color the better. Its an easy way to make sure I get a variety.
I may not have cravings but I would so eat the Ruby Tuesday food if someone put it in front of me. Sounds delicious and for the calories I would still stay under. Good choice Holly....way to plan it out!!!
