Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Okay..I'm back.

I completely let it go for a while.  Family parties, vacations, etc.  Thank you hollybelle for checking in on me!  It was just what I needed.  I'm at 157 this am.  ick...Just got back from a 1 hour jazzercise and a 45 min personal training post that.  The good news is I kept up the exercise...just not the diet.  Now for that part.  Okay...so forget the cookie I had for bfast and I will move forward.  I am so touched you were thinking of me.  It was the kick in the butt I needed.  I guess I was just a little busy and a little discouraged.  And I felt like I was getting obsessed and yet still nothing was happening.  I'm coming back but not getting obsessed just getting aware again.  Wish me luck and here's a goal...140's by June...doable, maybe I think.

YEAH!!! im so glad your back  i also had a bad run in with parties etc and went back up so i so know how that feel, but on a note about 140s by june im not sure if thats a healthy amout to loose so fast and keep it off, but i would def say very low 150-153  since we are already on the 9th day of the month, but with your working out and personal trainer it just might be doable..good luck..

Oh Laurie, I am so glad you are back! Glad all is well with you! I agree with Holly. Low 150's is VERY doable! I am 152.5 today. Hoping for 140s by the end of the month! But I won't go without Laurie, Holly and Prettybowen for sure! We can do this girls!!!
oh gosh...i'll be lucky to make it out of here ever girls...remember i started this in January...managed to lose about 5 lbs...but i'm not as serious as i should be about it.  I'm married, 3 kids, getting old, just trying to stay balanced.  So, not to worry...though i would love to see those low 150's.  I'm just not trying as hard as i should be.

missed you all. ate like crap today. tomorrow...a fresh start.  Hope there are egg beaters in the fridge or oatmeal in the cabinet.  Salad is already cleaned and ready.  Here we go....again.  Thanks for the motivation.  I'm convinced God made me a little on the fluffy side because if I was skinny, I'd be just WAY too hot.  It just wouldn't be fair to everyone else...okay...enough of the funnies...nite gals.

Ok I'm recording it here so you all can be witnesses! I weighed in at 155 yesterday, and I want to lose 2lbs per week for the next 6 weeks, so I am 143 by June 20th (when I leave for my job at a summer camo in PA), that kind of weight loss will put me slightly ahead of schedule of weighing 125 by the time I go back to school (early Sept.) Ooooohhh here goes! Next weigh-in, MONDAY! Goal- 153!!!
ok. I haven't posted in over a week. Plus, I waaaaay overate this past week since my parents came. Last time I was 148, but I'm pretty sure I'm in mid 150s by now. I'll check tomorrow. I really need to control myself.

I am at 152.5 again this morning! My goal is 150 by next Weds. 6 days from now! Than I will be Pre TTOTM and I will have a little room to fluctuate to 152 or so, not 156 like I have been! I am 1 pound away from being the smallest I have been in about 3 years or more!

152.5 this morning.. *I love you guys, but I'd really like to meet Mr. and Mrs. 140* Having a hard time staying in my *range to lose the weight by August 1st* calories which is around 1300. I have been running about three times a week. I will be able to kick it into high gear in June once work slows down. But i should be able to control the eating now. GRRRRR
LETS HIT THE 140s everyone.....hazaah!!!!!!!

Okay, so I am at 149, but i didn't put in cc b/c i am hoping it doesn't count.....ttom. I feel like a lose one week then plateau for like 3 weeks then lose like two lbs. I wish I was consistent.

I think I need to start watching the fat grams more closely. What range is everyone else at?

My downfall is cheese....so fatty but so good....
hey guys, i dont know whats wrong with me im at 150.8 this morning, i have drop about 5 pound in 2 days.. helloooo.. but i am ttotm so maybe i gain a bunch of water weight, that doesnt usually happen to me not that much anyway... but hey if its real i take it...

prettybowen i dont really watch mine eaither, but mine is usally pretty balanced for the most part, i just try to stay in a good grade a-b and watch the cals, i eat the slimfast optima choc brownie bar for breakfast to get a boost of protein and fix my cravings, but i so understand about cheese, i love it too, i buy the kraft 2% slices its little less cal and we all eat it in house.

pizza, but i buy the thin crust now and it has a ton less cals..

well i got my 40 min of cardio in yesterday, got an A for my food log and most importantly didin't drink any alchohol!!!!!
yay!  down one pound to 153.5 this morning!  After the scale not moving for a week, I'm really happy to see the change!

I had a great start this morning...not white carbs for me today...that's my goal...It's 10 am and I haven't eaten a cookie...so I'm psyched.  I have cookie issues.

Did jazzercise class this am....and I'm going to be good, good, good today.

hey everyone! well i am graduating from college this saturday :) and I am at home for a few days before. i weighed myself and it said 145... and i usually weigh like 152ish. i was so happy when i saw 145 haha.. but who knows maybe the scale is just diff than the one i have at my place. my goal is STILL 140. i've wanted to lose weight for a while but just never could get past the binging etc.

I went shopping today and it always puts me in a horrible mood. I am fine trying on shirts but when it comes to the pants i just feel like a fat ass. (excuse my language). I usually wear like an 8 or 10.. but I just do not want to buy size 10 anymore (and yes I know all store's sizes vary, I've already heard the lecture several times :)). I'm probably sounding rather whiny to you guys, my apologies.

Has anyone ever gone to an overeaters anonymous meeting?? I am thinking of checking one out but not quite sure yet.

I have a thing I want to start tomorrow, but it takes a lot of will power. It works to lose weight, but it is hard to get into the habit. I take a little notebook around with me and write foods down before I eat. I am always eating a bite of this or a few of these.. and sooner or later you are adding 300+ calories to your daily intake, foods that you just "munched" on throughout the day. My hugest struggle is to actually put my food on a plate and eat it...no eating in the preparation process, and no eating more when I'm done. It sounds so easy to change but .....ohhhh if it were only that easy. I will try to log my foods tomorrow and see how that goes. TGIF  EVERYONE :) Have a great weekend and Good Luck :)

Weighed in at 151 this morning yeehaw.   Thats 2.5 for this week.  Now I just have to try not to backslide this weekend.  NO drinking....at least I am going to try.   I can't wait til Sunday to I can eat my pizza!!

What is everyone doing for Mother's day?  The sibs and I are taking our Mom to the Minnesota Zoo.  She is pretty excited
Morning all...got up and ran 2 miles...that was good.  Ate a fiber one bar, coffee and a slice of ham.  it's a good start.  I had a cheese doodle binge yesterday.  I think I did okay though...need more water today.

I was going to be in my garden all day and now it's raining.  Maybe i'll  sit under the porch and do my window boxes in a bit...bummer.  I actually have a day w/nothing going on.  I just have to run out to the food store to pick up a few things.  I'll wait until my 5 year old comes home 1/2 day. 

My 3 boys and my husband are taking me out to brunch at this really awesome place on Mother's Day and then later that day we have tickets to the Ringling Bros. circus.  It should be a fun day.  The brunch is bad for the diet, but the good thing is...we only eat like one meal that day because we stuff ourselves. 

Favorite foods....cookies, cake, all the sweet stuff.
