150's group...daily updates
Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

I'm still at 152. Kinda glad, because I don't want to lose too much too fast. I was soo bad today! I had 3 slices of papa john's pizza and, like 12 pieces of chocolate!! At least the bag of chocolate is gone. :) I can't eat anymore now! I still didn't go over 2000 calories, though. As long as I don't go over that, I won't beat myself up. I really have to focus on eating healthier though. I'll start tomorrow...

im going out tonight with my husband and our friends, and i plan i drinking to much, so today i will be doing double on the water and i hope i get enough dancing in to counter some of it..lol i hope u all have a great weekend..
still at 151 but so close im sure atleast im gonna do what i can to make it into the 140s..woohooo my husband and i with work and my friends from other salvage yards are going to sanibelle for meetings and fun in july..woohoo so i def have to beable to get into a bakini with out wanting to hide..

Official weigh in day for me, and still holding at 151, I will take it. Just coming off of TTOTM, so this week will be a great one! I am hoping for 149 by next Saturday! I will not go until my trend line is atleast 149, or less. And until all my pals come with me! When I get there I am starting the "Just got to the 140's transition group" so we dont get lost in the shuffle of the BIG 140's group! I will probably also check in with the big group to see Unicat and some others!

So I had my first "oops!" day yesterday.... I had my meals all planned out when my friend called me to go out to dinner... I suggested applebees so I could get the weight watchers meal (I had enough cals in reserve to get a ww dinner and dessert!), she agreed at first but when she picked me up we decided to go someplace else. I ended up sharing a chicken fajita wrap and a penne alla vodka dish with her, whick I know probably put me a little bit over my limit. Then at home I had a bunch of watermelon and few m&ms with my friends. I felt sooooo bad about it that after horseback riding all morning, I made myself go to the gym and I burned...drumroll please, 1000 calories!!! I'm DEAD now and I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow but now I feel like I'm back on track. Oh, and I've decided to watch "Blue Crush" tonight, because seeing those surfer girls' bodies always makes me want to work out more, lol....

I am killing myself here being so good. It feels good and I try to convince myself that it is enough, but the truth is I WANT THOSE POUNDS GONE!!! I will start my day right and I am going to workout with a friend at 8am after I drop my kids at school! Maybe it was just a freak thing and will be gone tomorrow! But today.... I am really bummed out!

Ack, I had another bad weekend. I just can't seem to keep myself under control. I think its time to enlist my BF to help me watch it on the weekends. I do awesome during the week and feel great and then I eat way way to much junk on the weekends and end up with gutrot. AAAHHHH why can't I develope an aversion to fast food, cause I know it will make me feel crappy and nauseous. Blech.....today is a new day and I am going to talk to my BF about helping me resist fast food, even though he is addicted to it too!!! lol

I was away...never good for the diet. I'm at 155.8 this morning. I'm shooting for 153 by June 1. and 140's by July 1. New tactic...only eating when I am hungry. We'll see if it works. Makes sense huh...too bad i wasn't doing it for the past 30 years.
I'll let you know how it goes. Keep it up all....you'll be leaving me before you know it.
