In dieting, everyone has their ups and downs, especially in the beginning.  From what I've found, there are several foods that, in general, just make you happy.

On days when I'm just not feeling my best, I always go for certain foods that are surefire to make me feel better, and I'd like to hear from everyone theirs.

My three top happy foods are:
  1. Fruit Roll Ups (50-calories per roll)
  2. Bananas (72 - 135 cal per fruit)
  3. Pears (80 - 100 cal per fruit)
What are yours??

More oatmeal.

And...did I mention oatmeal?

Ooo Oatmeal... with fruit in it...

I think we can all certainly say that fruits are happy foods.  Except lemons... they're kind of sour and make you pucker your lips. But watching someone with something sour makes you happy...  At least, it makes you laugh...

  • Whole wheat chex w/soymilk (I let it get really soggy. ^^)
