Saddlebags

Quote  |  Reply

I've been weight training for a couple months now.  I do legs 2x a week arms/chest/shoulders 2x a week and an hour of cardio a week.  My problem is everything on me seems to be getting more toned and smaller except those annoying saddlebags.  What are some exercises and things I can do to tone these areas?

Remember there is no such thing as spot reducing, however I'd like to know what you are doing for legs twice a week.  That will give us a better idea of how to help.

Stubborn areas that retain fat, in my experience, are only nuked by A:  More Cardio, and B: Diet.  Oh, and C:  More cardio.  Laughing

I've worked out for three years and couldn't get my core to shed that last little bit of slop.  I finally have begun to zap it by basically doubling my cardio while eating what I consider to be a "cutting" amount of daily calories.

And yeah, +1 on AAF's reply about spot reduction.
