._.; Is it safe?

x_x; Hiya, I'm Emerson and I'm 13 yrs old (just turned 13 a couple days ago) and was wondering. I haven't eaten a sweet thing in two years. (Such as candy, cakes, pizza, junk food.) Everytime I was offered some candy from a teacher at school, I usually say I don't eat candy. I have been eating healthy for about two years, I run two miles a day (but during the winter now, I do about 30-1 hour of DDR with the very fast songs like Max 300.) I'm around 4'10, about 80-90 pounds. ;-; Is it safe to eat what I used/like to eat? >_>;

EDIT : If you guys are wondering why I only eat healthy is because of those speeches about junk food in school years ago which kinda...D:

EAT!!! you are 13, you need to eat. candy is OK too...really, enjoy your childhood!
I agree. You're 13- your body may be still developing. It's great to eat healthy but don't hesitate to treat yourself as well...  'your only a kid once!!!!'  TREAT YOURSELF!:)
I say treat yourself as well but everything in moderation. Most of the food habits we have as children follow to adulthood but unfortunately your fast metabolism won't follow you. Keep eating healthy. If you want a piece of candy or cake then eat it, just have a good sense about hwo much.
Everything in moderation is ok. But since you haven't had any "junk" in so long I wouldn't go overboard. Have a little of something you used to like and go from there. You might find, you don't even like it anymore and that's fine. In any case, I agree, you are so young and fit, you really shouldn't be worrying so much about weight. With a workout schedule like yours I don't think you have anything to worry about, just make sure you get enough calories and stay active. Good luck!
Everyone is telling you now to take advantage of childhood, live it up, eat that candy bar, but in six years they're going to be saying to stay away.

If going the healthy route is fine for you, then so be it.  Check with your pediatrician to ensure youre within good health, and if you're really that concerned and questioning your health, ask to speak with a nutritionist.

Be sure you're getting enough calories and nutrients, now.  And happy belated birthday! xD

whoa we have really similar stats! I'm newly 13, 4'10" and 85 lbs. lol.

There's nothing wrong with occasionally eating junk food however, do not let your age be an excuse or cover for eating un healthily. Bad habits tend to follow people into adult hood. Me personally, I allow myself 1 sweet thing per day (maybe a cookie or a serving of ice cream), but I'm pretty careful about not over doing it. You'll find that eating healthier is far more rewarding in the long run than filling up on junk.
