sagging breasts- bf put off as well
I've lost a lot of weight but my breasts have started sagging a lot as a result to the point my bf keeps pointing out that they look unattractive. Is surgery the only way?
I'm just 20 and feel so low.
I have no answers for your questions but I just wanted to say that your bf is a shallow jerk for constantly pointing out that they look unattractive.
like what amandief said, but if you and only if you want for urself.......fenugreek is your best friend also some eostrogen pills are known to work , also silica honestly these help me ; ) goodluck
ok, rant over
shells...are your breasts really sagging or do they just look "normal"? Also, are YOU unhappy with them or unhappy cuz your bf is unhappy with them?
They sag quite a lot, they were never perky as such, but my weight gain and loss have made them very droopy.
I was aware of this before he pointed it out.
I suggest you invest in a really good bra and the perhaps a new boyfriend. He should be congratulating you on loosing weight not making you feel down for not being perfect.
At your age your skin has a lot of elasticity in it, so don't despair yet. If it took you only a couple of days to lose your 'lot of weight' -- then by all means rush into surgery. I bet it took a bit longer -- so hang in there (no pun intended) and wear a good bra. Your mental body image might prevent you from recognizing improvement (especially with your boyfriends 'help'). So what will you do? Take a picture? Measure? Or believe in yourself and your body's ability to bounce back. (again -- no pun intended!) (Well, maybe a little bit.) Losing a lot of weight is a wonderful thing to do for yourself. Don't lose light of that!
Yeah, the boyfriend sucks. Don't date people who can't at bare minimum treat you like a person with feelings. It's no way to live. Let his physically perfect self find a porn star to date so he can tell her how fake her implants look all the time.
I have been trying exercises but they don't seem to be working. I had already lost a bit of weight before joining caloriecount and I was already sagging before.
Does anyone have other suggestions? I can't really blame my bf considering I shouldn't be looking like this at 20.

There is no "what you should look like at 20". Every single person is different. You're boyfriend is an insensitive a**hole plain and simple.

This ^ . New bra, new boyfriend, and a new attitude about what people "should" look like at 20, 30, or even 80 for that matter.
a lot of women dont know what real breasts look like because most boobs we see are faffed about with to make them look 'perfect'. we dont see each others real boobs do we? i used to feel disgusted with mine, thinking they were freakish because they werent round and pointing at the sky. look at this site: http://www.007b.com/breast_gallery.php
when i saw this i discovered that mine are actually not bad!
perhaps your bf hasnt seen many boobs in real life either...
Congratulations on your weight loss! That's awesome. Sometimes men say the stupidest stuff...alright a lot of the time. It's like when I lost 2 lbs in a week and my husband said "Great, I bet you could have lost more if you had worked out a few more hours." Um yeah, because we watch The Biggest Loser he thinks I should be losing weight like them. But I'm married to the Jerk so I can't move on so easily, but you can!
I haven't ever met a straight man who did not appreciate boobs in general in all sorts of different sizes and shapes. I say if he is complaining then he needs a reality check. It's not his job to criticize your body. We women are hard enough on ourselves as it is. No one woman's boobs look the same at any age.
If you still feel insecure then by all means have a consultation with a plastic surgeon. I've considered it many times but I have a severe aversion to knives so I'm not sure if I could ever go through with it. Thankfully my jerk of a husband loves my boobs, saggy though they may be.

I think the show The Biggest Loser is bad for that reason... it promotes unhealthy weight loss.
To the OP: you need to figure out if YOU are self conscious about your boobs or it's just b/c your b/f said it. Regardless, he's a jerk.
When I was pregnant and nursing I read that you should sleep in your bra to help keep from sagging. Maybe this strategy would help you as well. Get a comfortable "sports bra", or at least one without underwires, to sleep in. Maybe use some lotion as well to keep the skin firm. Your young I'd wait a year or two to see if things spring back on their own before doing anything drastic.
Oh and while you're upgrading your bra, upgrade your boyfriend. You don't need someone who puts you down all the time.
Congrats on the weight loss, good job!

You need some self-esteeeeem, chica! Dude, there are guys out there who would be all over your goods. This guy is mega insecure. Seriously, lose another 200lbs in the space of a few minutes by dumping his sorry face.
I spoke to a doctor, she told me that short of surgery, there is nothing I can do. This was also the opinion of another doctor I consulted earlier.
Feel so bad, and can't really upgrade my bf, considering I would turn off other men too.
Where are you finding your men? The dickhead store? There are LOTS of guys out there who appreciate REAL women. Shop around, upgrade.

My ex boyfriend would insult my body (Breasts)... Now I am married to the most wonderful man in the world who loves me, and my body.
Will I lose weight if I eat the same food over and over?
You can lose weight despite eating the same food day-after-day as long as you eat fewer calories than you burn. In fact, eating the... Read more
