Saggy Toosh
Ever since I lost weight, my butt has gotten flat and saggy. Any excercises I can do that will lift and firm?
Deadlifts have helped my butt. Stepups too.
spinning has saved my ass (literally!). it could also be a combination of hib abductions and dead lifts, but I'm pretty sure that spinning has helped quite a bit..

Lunges! Squats! 15 reps as many times as you can. Do them on the bosu for an extra challenge. The key here is building muscle. You need some muscle to fill in the saggy bits :)

I am with Jess. My butt was completly flat after losing 50 pounds and I added 2 intense spin classes per week and it has lifted up quite abit. I also do Yoga and I think the combo is helping. Good Luck
If you have resistance bands try this -
- Loop the halfway-point of a resistance band around one of your ankles and stand on the loose ends with the other foot - feet should be about 12" apart
- Push the "wrapped" foot behind you - keep your leg straight and lead the push with your heel
- Do 2 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps on each side
Be sure to stand tall to isolate the glute muscle - don't slouch - try both, you'll feel the difference. If you're doing it right, you'll feel it right in the middle of your bum cheek ![]()
I had this problem last year when i suddenly lost a lot of weight due to stress and was basically left with no arse and what was left was so squidgy even when i tensed!
Anywho, squats really help, and also try and clench when you're walking, it takes a few weeks to notice anything so please be patient!!!
