St Patricks Day is March 17 right ?

That gives us one month to the day. Im aiming for half a stone in this time.

DID YOU BINGE?: Nope :)

BREAKFAST: Slimfast Strawberry Milkshake. 217 cals

LUNCH: Slimfast Strawberry Milkshake. 217 cals

DINNER: Oat and onion roast, potatoes and carrots - 823 cals

SNACK: 2 cookies - 53 cals each

WATER: 5 pints

WORKOUT: 200cals on stepper

GOAL:  165lbs

GOAL: I'm aiming for 140, I wanted to make it to 140 by the 7th but I don't think I'll make that

LUNCH:grilled chicken with spinach and whole wheat pasta

DINNER: pumpkin bread, potato chips, grapes

SNACK: baby carrots, almond

WATER: 8 glasses today not including the ones from working out

WORKOUT: stairclimber and stationary bike

GOAL: 125 by St. Patrick's day!

What the heck happened to me ?

Im so depressed, Ive been following a very strict exercise and diet plan for weeks now, I haven't binged, ate chocolate or deviated from it at all.  Ive lost a total of 39lbs until yesterday.

I woke up in the morning yesterday at 165 lbs and by lunchtime i weighed a massive 172 lbs and I still do this morning.

I have been eating hardly anything and exercising constantly. What happened to me ?

Advice anyone ? Im at my wits end

 you need to take a look at everything I've previously said to you in the last thread cuz there really isn't much else I can tell you.  Did you eat anything really salty the last few days??  that can easily add a few lbs, weighing yourself in the afternoon isn't such a good idea because unless you've had a BM the weight of everything you've eaten/drank is going to show.

Sorry I missed a day or two I haven't been doing very well, I think it's cuz I'm near my TOM I just feel freaking ravenous!! I plan on being good today though.

BREAKFAST: egg whites and cheese with sausage on a low carb wrap with green tea and plumsmart.

LUNCH: bean burritos, should be the last of them, just finished off the can.

DINNER: grilled chicken and veggies

SNACK: sugar free jello and blueberry smoothie

WEIGHT: haven't looks cuz I've been eating so badly.

WATER: lots!!

WORKOUT: not really in the mood, I'll just clean my apartment

Ok, I'm going to try this. I would really like to lose 10 lbs by St. Patty's day. I think I can do it if I really concentrate on what I am eating. So here goes: DATE:02/19/2009 DID YOU BINGE?: Last night I did....two bowls of cheerios? Man, who does that? But, so far so good today. BREAKFAST: Fiber One cereal with skim milk and banana SNACK: Yogurt LUNCH: Amy's Frozen burrito with half grape fruit SNACK: Apple and tbl of peanut butter DINNER: Not sure yet, maybe a huge salad from Portillios. SNACK: Hopefully nothing. DESERT: Hopefully Nothing WEIGHT: Hmm, I think it was about 216 this morning. WATER: Drinking a 32 oz bottle of water at the moment WORKOUT: Pilates class durning my lunch break. GOAL: Not to snack too much in the evening. UGH
