Salad- General calories

Seeing as that I don't eat meat, cheese, croutons or any dressing that isn't balsamic and oil in my salads....

How much would say, a salad at apple bee's range from for calories?

are you saying you would take all that stuff off?

a house salad depends on the dressing, but normally with just the lettuce and tomatoes it would be probably less than 100.  Add cals for dressing, croutons, cheese, whatever else.

The entree salads are different. Based on calorie info from other restarants, 700-1800 depending on the salad.  It varies, a lot.

So yes, I'm saying that I would be taking meat, cheese, croutons and dairy related dressings off of the salad.  I just wasn't positive on what the applebee's entree salad portions were.  I was looking for a basic applebee's entree house salad with balsamic, lettuce, tomato, possibly carrot (I'm not sure what they put in it).  Doesn't have to be perfect, I just wanted to know to keep track of it :)
