I'm a college student and am very limited when it comes to healthy foods served on campus. So, I recently discovered this wonderful place where you can build your own salad...and there is almost everything to choose from. So, my question is what are some healthy toppings that taste great but don't have any hidden bad nutrition facts? (the catch: they need to taste good with light italian dressing)

where? I've looked @ the feeds for the past seven days and did a search on salads...nothing came up that really answered my question. Did I miss something?
