Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Loaf

15 1/2 ounce pink salmon, canned
1 cup oats, uncooked
1/4 cup skim milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Loaf

Mix until blended. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes till knife inserted comes out clean.
