| 2 | lbs Salmon |
| 14 | oz tomatoes, diced |
| 6 | oz Onions, diced |
| 1 | tspn turmeric |
| 1 | tspn Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | tspn cumin, roasted and Freshly ground |
| 1 | tbspn Olive oil |
| 2 | cloves garlic, crushed |
- Cook veggies in oil. add spices and then add salmon pieces and bake in oven at 350F.
- Also add garam Masala ( indian Spice ) as needed.
