Hello Everyone,
I am a 43 year old mother of 4 girls. Yes Four. Ages ranging 5 years to 23. I looked at myself and realize I needed to do something with myself. I don't have the support I need to keep going, so I decided to join calorie count. I read many inspiring stories, and would like to post myself when I reach my goals, but first little steps. I did start to walk and now drinking water. Baby steps for someone who drank nothing but sweet tea and never walked. I will kepp you posted.

This is not a baby steps..I think they are basic so they are important so they are essential so they are very rewarding and you will see the result and the outcome. Just watch for not to get any extra hidden calories.

I too am trying to overcome coffee. At first I thought I was loosing weight due to counting calories and drinking coffee. However, the more I read the more I learn that is not true. So, I am trying to overcome this addiction. It's hard because it helps me on those mournings where I have no energy to wake up to 3 lil boogers ![]()
