Recipe Ingredients for Sarma with Turkey meat

1 kg sauerkraut
1/2 kg ground turkey
1 onion
1 tbsp flour
4 tsp canola oil
4 tsp rice
6 oz turkey bacon
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp dry parsley

Recipe Directions for Sarma with Turkey meat

Wash the sauerkraut leaves if they are to sauer. Get rid of the thick middle part w/out hurting the leaf. On side heat oil, add onion, rice and meat until brown. Cool it down, add egg, salt, pepper and paprika. Add garlic and dry parsley. Mix it well. On a leaf add 1 tbsp of filling and roll it. Put the ends in. The remaining cabbage cut it into noodles and cover the bottom layer of the pan.Put a row of sarma, row of cabagge and bacon. Sarma is covered with hot salted water, cover and pressure cooker to low heat for one hour and more depends on the hardness of sauerkraut. When sauerkraut is soft, make a thin gravy (zaprska) added tomatoe paste - red pepper puree, water and make that cook. Put that on top of the cooking hot sarma and cook some more.
