Recipe Ingredients for Sassy Water (Flat Belly Diet)

2 liters water
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
58 g lemon, (about 1 medium), thinly sliced
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1/4 cup mint leaves, (about 12)

Recipe Directions for Sassy Water (Flat Belly Diet)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate overnight to let the juices blend.

  2. Discard all but the water and enjoy a glass with each meal.
