whole wheat waffles FTW. Just had 2 giant ones filled with and toped with fruit. not even that hungry but gonna make a third cuz there sooo good!

i had like 4 small slices( all of em were about half the size of your hand, each slices i mean) of white rye with peanut butter, cashew butter and fig jam. some canteloupe and juice too. i had some mashed up banana and peanut butter on one, my favorite.
i also had a cup of cofee.

hehe i had kfc. cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and half a biscuit. yum. i feel a little salty....
I had yogurt and some fruit topped with Honey Bunches of Oats and Kashi Cereal... Yes I was doing great!
But then....
My mother heated up these sausage patties and one is 200 calories with 18 grams of fat 300 mg salt and only six grams of protein!!!!!!
And she made me eat it! I didn't have a choice!!!!!! It was the most disgusting thing Ive ever tasted!!!!!!!!
My calories are now pretty much shot for the day since I've had like 540 already!!!!! This is disgusting!!!

so glad im trying to build muscle...now the only time i ever feel guilty is when i dont eat enough (rarly ever happens) and i jjust eat a ton and feel good ^^
i dont think you should have the 3rd one just because "it tastes good". If your not hungry then you shouldnt eat ><

A two egg omlet with mushrooms, ff sour cream and ham with two rye rolls with some honey. 140+20+40+60+200+40=500 calories.
Saturday is my 'free day'
Brunch: 1/2 an eggwhite omelet with sausage crumbles, mushrooms, onions, peppers, scallions, and cheese blend, one slice of multigrain toast, and one medium banana pancake.

today just my usual cheerios but hubby makes breakfast on Sundays(course I still do dishes) so tommorow will be eggs(with cheese) and a slice of bacon and a little little bit of home made hash browns. Yum. Doesn't seem to mess me up I'm losing pretty steady so what the heck.

1)bowl of oatmeal with sweetener, cinnamon, a tsp of ground flaxseed and 1/2 cup skim milk - simply yummy
2)slice of whole grain pumpernickel toast with tsp peanut butter and tomato slices - yep tomato and peanut butter are great - and a cup of skim milk
3)cup of Tim Hortons coffee with cream and sweetner (special pick me up) and a slice of cheese
4)cottage cheese and fresh fruit
5)saskatoon berries (or blueberries), 12 almonds and skim milk
6)herring and a glass of V-8
7)2 slices of whole grain toast topped with poached eggs and tomato juice
8)1 slice of cold pizza and a good cup of coffee
