africalover4ever - just want to confirm that I'll do the tally this weekend.

enimzaj = i love the idea of a new start, new name, new pic  I'm not ready for that myself since I've just been on since Novemeber and still learning the ropes and making buddies.  Don't want to lose anyone.  I've stuck to my excercise commitment again this week.  Last week it didn't show up on the scale. Maybe this week will be diff. Take care guys.  Rotsa-ruk this wkend.  That's my scooby doo talk.Cool

Hey guys......I am at 156 lbs........not much of a loss but I think that I lost fat and gained muscle........so thats good. :)

I think I weighed about 110lbs at the start of the week

Just weighed in at 106.6

Goal is about 102 by next week? not sure.

This is a cool idea =] well done everyone who has achieved their goals!

This week I'm at 152...up a few pounds. I had surgery Weds. and won't be able to exercise (at least the way I'm used to) for awhile. Do you think I should just drop out of the group? I'm still counting calories but unless I'm exercising too I doubt I'll show much in the way of weight loss. It'll be depressing for me to keep posting gains every week.

I'm at 212 again this week.  No difference but my clothes are fitting much better and I just started incorporating weight training so hopefully I lost some fat and gained some muscle.

Interesting week; on Tuesday I was down to 243 and this AM 245. So, I'm back where I started which is beeter than last week.  the clothes feel a little better, but not that much so maybe it has shifted or I'm retaining water or other weight this AM.  Who knows?  Good job everyone!

ahh ohmy gosh sorry..for some reason thought today was saturday...got my days mixed up... but i kinda weighed myself after i ate....soo hasta maybe just count me out for this week....though i was 129...not much different... but i've been eating alot healthier...eating veggies for snacks...soup before meals to fill me up.....and watching portions..I feel in control..feels good:)

and lauren_s remember that muscle weighs more than fat....so you'll look lean, feel better, and with time you'll lose more!but good job on the weight training...

hay guys sorry sorry sorry, i had to work all weekend which is unusual for me, so sorry i didn't post this yesterday.   I weighed in at 224 only a pound but started my period and heavy weight lifting so i have convinced my self that's why i didnt loose more... lol     

I will catch up in a little bit just got home and i'm starving.

Hi christy & jasmine - I've loaded your results above with all the others.  I'm glad you checked in.  I think everyone improved in their own way and some of us, inspite of our obstacles.  If we all continue on this path, we will continue to feel good about ourselves in health & body.Laughing  Good luck this week!

good morning everyone......  today i weighed in at 223..  lol  i'm seeing a trend here, i started a new exercise and eating program that was designed by the trainers at the gym so i'm being a ginney pig for the next 6 weeks,  they tell me because of the weight lifting i'm not loosing as much weight but the inches seem to be melting off.......

 and i will do the chart today....   my calander went off this morning reminding me, almost made me fall out of bed... lol

 ok well off to the gym i'll be back in later...   good luck everyone and happy weigh in.
