I'm down only 1 lbs this week :(  so thats 211. 

I was not very good this week so I understand.  I'm back on track as of yesterday so hopefully next week the numbers will be better.

Way to go Lucy.  You are down 14lbs it seems.  How are you doing it?

I'm about the same 139.8.  However, I completed my 3rd week of consistent excercise.  I'm getting stronger, a little more tone, and able to handle cardio easier.  I'm proud of this.

Thanks Lauren! Dont really know, am just sticking to my calorie intake and writing down everything i eat.

Bit worried as yesterday at college i was quite bad and went over my calorie allowance and today had a meal out. Hope i dont put on anything!!

I am at 155. Therefore, I lost 1 lbs!

im about the same ...weights fluctuating alot at 130.. i just bought some cardio/pilate dvds..and i really like them, they're gaiam, really good and fun...

I also went to the doctor,im having girl problems, anyways i got some blood sampled to see if my hormones are out of wack, which seemes to be making more and more sense to me every day will have to wait and see the results though...

keep it up you guys, and dont stop exercising!

Wow! Really good week after the last week of carnage. Stuck to the plan the whole week; increased my protein and slightly decreased my carbs. >>> 241! 

Hey, am 174 lbs. Not a great week, have been eating lots and not very good stuff either.

Staps does it help to increas protein and decrease carbs??

02/02/2008: 181.2 # - no change from last week...  Could be worse.
Im at 155.5. Im sick so I do not feel like exercising and eating right (I eat what i feel like eating). Since I am sick, Can anyone else do the chart for me?

A trainer I know told me to try it... and it seems to work.  I had lost a lot about 2 years ago and then stalled, then started gaining without changing too much of my diet or exercise.  She suggested it to help build muscle, burn more fat and decrease extra fat.

By no means am I "low carb" - I still eat between 150 - 175 grams per day.  She suggested around 85 - 100  but I looked and found out I was eating more than 300 - 350 per day! So cutting it down to less than 200 was huge....

I'll let you know for sure after another week.

 

ugh...bad week for me, was kinda stressful..exams and all... CW:133....though this is after dinner and everything...

Staps065....i must agree with protein increase...somehow whenever i eat more protein i feel fuller....and good job...you lost about 7lbs in less than a week!

Alright ...next week we need to stay focused!!

Unbelievable--having posted the previous post with just the first two lines, I edited it to include the statistics, and it worked.

Seems to be a lot of attrition, but that's probably typical.

Let the rest of us persevere. 

 

I was very bad last week.  Blew it in all categories.  It was also TTOM.  I'd decided to drop out of this group b/c I'd made no progress.  However, I did go ahead (out of curiosity) weigh in on Sat.  My result, 140.  After reviewing the stats, I hope you don't mind if I post mine late.  I'll hang in there.  I'd had 3 solid weeks of excercise b4 last week.  Maybe I was on the verge of seeing a tangilbe result on the scale.  It's monday morning and I'm optimistic of this week.

  • thanks so much hasta for doing the chart! I am better now but have not gotten focused about my diet yet. I need to but for some reason it is hard to get going again!

    sorry you guys but this week i will have to weigh in on Sunday. I will probably weigh in in the afternoon or at night. I am going to be out of town without a computer on Saturday so I am so sorry! also, i will have to miss Saturday the 23rd due to being out of town again. sorry! i will be here the 16th though! So....i guess i will talk to you all on Sunday!
