this week wasnt as great as last week soo....my loss slowed down .... i think im about the same.....128ish and yeah im not drinking enough water either.....but i just made a cup of tea:) and im trying to eat alot more protein...i really dont think i was getting enough before......

 I am at 157 this week. :(. Yesterday I was with my friends. They are all so skinny and wat so much so I at like way too much food and candy!!!!!!! I was at 155 on Friday but have gained 2 lbs from yesterday :( I am sooooo depressed now. Please encourage me to actually loose this week.

Like I have said for everyone else, take control of your mind and have will power! Make healthy choices. A lot of people dont eat enough protein so it is good for you to do so! Stay away from bad carbs and too mcuh sugar (I know sugar is a carb).

Am 170lbs this week.

Been much more organised and making packed lunches which has helped. Friday my dad bought this veeeery yummy chocolate log for easter and it was so nice that it has all gone now!! Apart from that naughty slip up have been quite good this week.

Hope everyone else had a good week and gd luck for next week too :)

03/01/2008: 188 #

It's water, I know it's water, due to change in medication which I won't go into, but it's still difficult.  Actually my feet are still visibly swollen and slightly painful, but I walked a bit more despite it all yesterday, and am feeling better.

This is just going to be a blip in the long term.

Good week (except for last night; concernt at House of Blues in Orlando) and maintained 237.0. Would like to see a loss, but I'm sure it will come.

Hi all.  A tiny, tiny move downward to 139.8.  Not bad since its TTOM. 

Dinarly, I'm  sure your right about the water.  By next week it will probably have settled and you be back on your way.

I am sooooooo happy right now! I am PMSing and I still managed to lose, and I have not lost in a long time.

Now, I weigh 153! This is a grand day!

OK: Good week; maintaining but no loss.  I'm finding it hard some days to not go over (slightly) my calorie intke; just too hungry! I should still be seeing some weight loss; right?!  I mean if I'm still under my burn meter by 500 or so calories every day there should some movement! Hmmm!

I'll do the chart this week since I haven't done it yet.  I'll probably wait until Sunday morning to make sure I get everyone.

Straps, it definitely sounds like you should get a payoff this weekend.  Thanks for picking up chart duty.  Hope you have a sunny and gorgeous weekend.  We're supposed to here in Texas. Cool

03/01/08: 180.4 #

So last week's gain really was just retention of water.

An interesting thing: I went to the doctor yesterday, and found that my highest weight, in June of last year, was 257 #.  He gave me a printout of my statistics, and I will get the results of some blood tests perhaps as early as today.  So that should be enlightening.

I've been taking dandelion root tea for the past week.  The swelling in my feet was completely gone by Thursday, and I ended up climbing outside stairs, a parking lot spiral ramp, and doing a lot of fruitless running around in trying to find my way to a charity lunch.

I earned that lunch!  It was surprisingly good for that kind of thing, too--a dry-cooked chicken breast and a decent salad.

I suppose I'm back on track now; apparently I can do as much exercise as I please, with little risk of ill effects.  The doctor said that severe anemia can cause the kind of edema I had, but I've started another form of iron in addition to what I already take.  I think I'll continue this as long as I need to.

I weigh the cats every week as well.  Salome weighs fifteen pounds (she's a Ragdoll, and average size for one) and when I think that less than a year ago, I weighed as much more as three of her, it's amazing.  It was like carrying three large cats around all the time--no wonder I felt like -carp-.

I believe im kinda the same or maybe more???but i had alot of club soda yesterday hahh......salty....

so 129lbs...........but ive been pretty healthy this week..:)

im thinking of doing a fast, for springbreak....either the master cleanse or just a fast.....my friend just did a 12 day fast and really liked it... ive been researching the topic now for quite awhile and would try to do it for a week or less....

I am at 152. Not a change but it was my spring break and i ate terribly with only a little exercise!!!!!!!!!

Next week I will do well!!!! :)

Am 169 this week and I bought a pair of UK size 14 jeans today and they actually fit !!
