| 5 | large eggs |
- Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 6 cup nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
- In medium nonstick skillet over medium hight heat, cook sausage for 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink. Spoon mixture into bowl and cool slightly. Stir in the eggs. Evenly divide mixture among the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 20 minutes or until egg is set
