| 500 | g sausage meat |
| 1/2 | cup celery, diced |
| 1/2 | cup onions, diced |
| 8 | cups bread, cubed |
| 1 1/2 | tsp poultry seasoning |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | tsp salt |
- scramble fry sausage, celery and onion until sausage is cooked and celery and onions are soft
- Combine breadcrumbs with seasonings
- Combine sausage mixture with breadcrumb mixture, adding water if necessary to hold the stuffing together
- Stuff into an approximate 8 kg turkey
