Sausage Stuffing Recipe

turkey stuffing

Ingredients
500 g sausage meat
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onions, diced
8 cups bread, cubed
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. scramble fry sausage, celery and onion until sausage is cooked and celery and onions are soft

  2. Combine breadcrumbs with seasonings

  3. Combine sausage mixture with breadcrumb mixture, adding water if necessary to hold the stuffing together

  4. Stuff into an approximate 8 kg turkey
