So savory, you'd step over your own mother just for a spoonful.

Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter
1 white onion (diced)
3/4 lb mushrooms (diced)
4 oz. white wine
2 tbsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 cubes vegetable bouillon
4 cups water
Directions
  1. Melt the butter in a soup pot over medium heat.

  2. Boil water in another pot, add the bouillon.

  3. Stir-fry the onions and the mushrooms in the melted butter until onions are translucent.

  4. Add wine, dill, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper to the soup pot.

  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.

  6. Add bouillon to soup pot, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. Serve with crusty bread.
