You can make these with whatever veggies etc you like

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups zucchini
2 Carrots
1/2 cup Corn Kernels
1/2 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 cup flour
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup Flax seed
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 egg whites
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Pumpkin
Directions
  1. grate veggies

  2. Pumpkin puree

  3. mix wet

  4. mix dry

  5. mix together

  6. bake 350 for 12 min
