Here are mine. Well, not really. I collected them from other users on this site over time:

- Waste or waist?

- Want or need?

- I've come too far to take orders from a cookie.

There will always be another meal!

and

Will it really make you happy in 20 minute

I don't know. How thin do I have to be to feel better than chocolate cake.

I am going to do more today than I did yesterday. This way I usually add 1 to 2 minutes each time I do my cardio.

There is no way I am going to lose to my yesterday self. This usually keeps me from falling off my wagon.

"Eat to live, Don't live to eat!"

"When in doubt, don't"

i need these when i'm exercising.

'feet, don't fail me'

'Under certain circumstances, profanity provides a relief denied even to prayer.' -Mark Twain.

"Do my best!" -  It doesn't matter what the situation: exercise or food, if my motivation stays with me in my moments of doubt, everything falls into place as it should. It's the only phrase that really sticks with me.. short, simple, and straight to the point.. I love it.

"Put all excuses aside and remember this: YOU are capable"

"Nobody's a natural. You work hard to get good and then work to get better."

"The mind is everything. What you think, you become."

Never give up what you want Most, for what you want at the Moment!!

Make THE Effort not an Excuse!

If you want it, you'll find a way. If you dont, you'll find an excuse.

"Don't give up" repeatedly!

When I'm running, this really helps because each and every single time I say it, all the "OMG I'm sooo tired" and "I can't feel my legs" drown out :).

When debating to have something sweet to eat:

"You already know what it taste like. Don't taste it again."

My first day here, someone else gave me this one.  Feels good to pass it on...

She said to think of grocery shopping as a "Calorie Sale" and ask myself before buying each item "Is this food worth the price I'll have to pay for it?"

Pretty good, I'd say.  It works for me!

Safiyah

Ooh! I like the "you already know what it tastes like, don't taste it again." I've also heard the "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels."

"I control what goes in my mouth" makes me feel extra guilty if i splurge and prevents me from doing it again haha

"Don't sacrifice what you want the most for what you want at the moment" great in any situation.

This applies to everything in my life: "Are you gaining or losing?”

What do I love more, myself or this ________ ?

-Snickers, philly cheese steak, ice cream sandwich, quesadilla...

This works if you're your biggest fan. Which I totally am. Go me! I ROCK!

"What do I love more, myself or this ________ ?" --- I have that one too usually screaming at myself on the treadmill!!! "WHAT DO YOU WANT MORE? THIN OR FOR THE PAIN TO STOP?" I want thin more.

Mine is: "It won't hurt?? Will it help? no it won't!" for when I find myself thinking "one little bit won't hurt... "

and one thats a bit more personal to me.. "If you fail this, what else will you fail in? do not be a failure!"

"Leave the junk food where it belongs-- on the store shelf"

I love these. I wrote some down!! thanks guys :]
