So I stepped on my scale and it said 118.5... IMPOSSIBLE. So I did several more times and it said the same thing everytime. Then I moved it and it said 121. I stepped on it again and .. again I got 121. I think 121 is right because well I've been at 121 - 123 for a while now..

Soooo yeah is my scale broken? Should I get a new one? This has happened a few times before. This is probably the third time and it hasn't happened for a while.

They all say something different depending on their placement.  Leave it where it is.

It could be an issue of placement.  Your weight could also vary if you are weighing yourself a different times of the day.  Like, jewelsmcblah, I would suggest that you leave your scale in one spot (if possible the most level place)!

Is your scale sitting on tile?  Mine's in the bathroom and if one of the legs of the scale is sitting on a crack between the tiles it will read light (sometimes by as much as 10 pounds).

i agree, it's most likely a placement issue, since whenever i weigh myself at my grandparents' house i'm a solid 2 lbs lighter (at first i thought it was just fluctuating & would even out, but it stayed). so even moving it around your own house can make a change. don't drive yourself crazy about it & try not to move the scale. it might be time for a new one if it's too old, but my scale is practically ancient and still works as long as the batteries are good.
