idk why i did it. 

BAD BAD BAD BAD decision......

ive gained 1 lbs in two days from when i was at the dr...... ED IS FREAKING OUT! and im YET to loose any weight from my increase to 2500....i thought i would loose some of this water??? it's been three weekss...

i HAVE to get to 2500 again today atleastttt.....

any ideas how to get through this day????

idk if i can bare anymore weight gain.... FML.

so i understand ur scared and upset and confused

ur SUPPOSED to be gaining

ur still dranstically scarey underweight, u know that??!!

continue eating 2500+

plan ur day, the foods, the calories, to enusre u reach 2500

eat the majority of the cals during the day, not saving them for night

DO THE ACTIONS-thats how thoughts and fears will eventually change!!

k hun- first thing first: BREATHE.

1. you already RECOGNIZE your thoughts are ED thoughts, not yours. that's good. you also recgonize what you need and TRULY want to do are seperate from what your emotions are wanting to do. thats good. Now, seperate YOURSELF from your ED self. are you fat? NO! cant convince yourself? take a picture of yourself and take a hard look. would you tell that girl in the picture she was fat ifyou saw her today? NO!!!!! dont tell yourself that!

2. you obviously WANT to get through this doing the right thing. you recognize your pattern, and that you easily couldfall int oobeying ED right now. thats good that you see it, now take action. tell somebody there with you what you told us. your mom if she is there. tell her you may need help today. she will probably understand and be very supportive. Ask her what she thinks of you, and ask in EARNEST. i have hadtimes, when i looked my mom in the eye, told her to give me the DEAD truth, and asked if I was fat. she told me no, and how far from that i was, and assured me it was OK t okeep eating, to keep gaining. it took a load off of me to be given "permission" like that.

3. if needed, make sure somebody holds you acountable for everything you eat. again, it could be your mom. if she's there, have her watch and be with you for all your meals, just to assure that ED cant creep in and scare you away from doing what you really want to do.

4. REMEMBER....................you CAN do this, and you HAVE to do this.i say this ONLY because ive had so many days like you, and my heart is breakingfor you. i didnt have anyone to go to when i hadthose days. i am 18 yrs old, and to be frank, i have spent times, curled into a ball in the back of my closet, because i was so scared to keep eating-assured i would only keep balooning, and  that it SURELY would be the death of me. Reality though is-it would be the death of you NOT to keep going. You likely have had times in the past when you thought you couldnt make it through, and you are here today. what does that mean, YOU MADE IT THROUGH!! JUST like you've made it through before, you wil make it through today. and again tommorow. and again the day after that. you will NOT baloon. you would not let yourself ever become unhealthfully overweight, and neither would your family.

5. REMEMBER to sepereate YOURSELF from ED, and DISOBEY ANYTHING ED says. YOU are the smart one. YOU are the one with logic, and YOU are the one who will win.

I  know its really hard but please hang on in there, weight fluctuates day to day it dosent necessary mean you have gained that much but if you had a pound is nothing this is just a minute amount of what you little body needs to gain its because you are so under nourished you are gaining. your body wants the same as you you know. it wants you to be a healthy weight nothing more nothing less its intent not to get you fat.you must keep going consistancy is the key. just remember all those reasons why you are doing this. do something to distract yourself for the rest of the day something you enjoy you are not alone , and it dosent have to be a bad experience nourish your body embrace hunger its what you need and dont be scared we are all behind you hugs   h x
