I have 4lb to lose, and the scale just won't budge. I have been doing everything right with my diet, but nothing is happening.
Perhaps I need to add or change up my workout routine?
Maybe add more, or just change it...or alter the diet somewhat?
Any suggestions would be welcome :o)

5'2, 109lbs, 20yrs old, female.
my current goal is trying to reach 2000cal each day, which i dont always make (ive struggled with an eating disorder for years, and have to make myself eat to get close to what i am supposed to be eating daily).
so, on average between 1300-1900.
i run about 5 days a week, 3-7miles (running outdoors on weekends adds hill). i do free-weights and conditioning, and my job is doing a lot of physical activity - cleaning and lifting, etc.
i only want to slim down a couple lbs...and thought i was doing all the math right....maybe not?

Here's two things I'm offering as advice for you...Choose which one you think will treat you better.
1.) Eat more than you usually consume, but not exactly alot..Maybe a few hundred calories more.
2.) Stop the exercise for a few days, and cut down on your calories a bit...Then continue exercise and eating the proper amount of calories.
They both worked for me!
