how to get the scales moving again?

i was losing about 2.5 to 3 lbs a week    now a whole week and nothing..Frown still eating the same about 1000 - 1300 calories a day. any ideas?

I had that last week, I used to eat most my calories in the evening, i've switched this now to lunch time and the weight is starting to drop off again.

Also everyone is going to tell you you shouldn't eat under 1200 cause its just not healthy.

guess i should try that because i to eat most of my calories at dinner ..on average most days my calorie intake is  around the 1300 but there are days that it drop to 1000 thats why i  said 1000-1300.
I've been stuck in the 140's, I was eating 1200 cals, I bumped up my intake to 1500 cals and have dropped 2.5lbs this week!
Also, check the calendar.  Is it TTOM?  I tend to stop losing for about a week before, then see a good drop after.

no ddugan is not TTOM thing.

that just happened to me too. i upped my calories for a couple days and it seemed to do the trick. i just kept watching my cals and portions, and after awhile the lbs started coming off again, and quickly! i really believe the body needs a minute to adjust every so often. don't give up! you will be rewarded.
