Scallops
I bought a bag of scallops that have been sittingin my freezer for about 2 weeks. Does anyone have a good recipe that I can use them in?

I usually make scallops with tomato sauce, olives, capers, olive oil, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, basil, oregano & onions!
I like to spray a little Pam in a pan and saute a few chopped cloves of garlic in there, then I cook the scallops about 2 minutes per side, squeeze some lemon juice on top, and that's it! I love scallops and how they taste, so I don't like to put too many things on them.
