I got this recipe from About.com. CC couldn't analyze the quantity of parsley, but all other ingredients are accounted for.
| 1 1/2 | pounds bay scallops |
| 1/2 | cup all-purpose flour |
| 2 | tablespoons olive oil (3 if needed) |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 | salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 | lemon wedges or lemon juice to taste |
| 1 | sprigs of parsley, for garnish, optional |
- Wash scallops and pat dry.
- Put flour in a shallow bowl; roll scallops in flour.
- Heat olive oil over medium low heat; add scallops and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Halfway through cooking, stir in minced garlic.
- Stir in parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with pasta or rice.
