Hey all! I am told constantly that one of the best ways to stay motivated to lose weight is to have a support group.... so.... HELP!!!! haha. Seriously, I really want to do this right and stay on track. I'm so tired of looking how I do, but usually all it takes is a few downers and hunger pains and it's not hard to convince myself to just binge. Any advice would be great! ![]()
